Condo holiday rentals in Luzon

From my first message to Mel she was so responsive and helpful. I had a very late arrival and Mel even offered to have hot food waiting for me upon my arrival. Any questions I had, she was quick with an answer. Mel helped organise my laundry…and the list goes on and on. Great customer service!!! The unit itself, very clean & tidy. Clear instructions & manuals for everything. A great view out the window. Bed & pillows are super comfortable. Bath towels so soft and smelled clean. What you see in the pictures is what you get, but so many other little incidentals that add a nice touch. Lollies, chocolates, personal toiletries should you have forgotten something. Location, location location, seriously you cannot be any better located. 3-minute walk to Shangri la shopping. 10-minute walk to Mega Mall. Easy access for grab pick up. Staff in the building are also very accommodating & helpful. All in all, I can’t thank Mel enough for such a great stay.

This apartment was a nice as the photos look. Very spacious and would easily accomodate a family or 2 couples without feeling cramped. Felt very secure with 24/7 guard at the front door which was important as I was a solo female traveller. Apartment is well equipped in the kitchen, but also the cafe, restaurant and 7/11 in the building took care of everything else. Hosts were great - even helping to address an issue with a neighbours air con unit that was excessively loud. Had a cleaner come in twice and they did a great job too.

The facility is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in the Philippines. The gym and pool are incredible reception make things very easy for packages with stunning views. AC is perfect temperature. Water is clean and the washer is convenient. I very highly recommend this place as well as Kim is an incredible host. We will be back.

I was early for my checkin but the staff let me drop off my luggage while I explored the surrounding area. Very friendly people and very responsive when I had questions.

Worth every penny! The view of the city is unmatched! Everything you'll need is provided. Loved the entertainment selection: Netflix + Disney plus. A handful of restaurants in the area. Danilo was an excellent host! He was easy to communicate with, kind and responsive. A really nice place to unwind after a long week.

I stayed at Areens the first few nights i had in the Philippines. it was a great place to stay ... easy to get there from the airport ..check in was easy with 24 hour security. it was a very safe locations with lots of walks / restaurants and shopping centres I would highly recommend

Absolutely loved our stay! The view was stunning and set the perfect mood—peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. The place had such a good vibe. The amenities were complete and clearly well thought out—everything was provided for a comfortable and convenient stay, from kitchen essentials to little extras that made a big difference. The entire booking and check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and accommodating throughout. Highly recommended! Would definitely stay here again. 💯

Me and my family enjoyed our stay here. The place is very welcoming and very clean upon arrival. Also, they have complete sets of cooking wares, utensils and other things needed in a staycation. We enjoyed our stay. The place is situated in a very convenient spot. Lots of Pet-friendly restaurant nearby. The place is very peaceful. I enjoyed reading at the balcony while listening to the sound of the forest beneath. Worth what we paid for. 😊

Had a great stay. It's a very lovely place, convenient and pet friendly. The only thing we didn't like is the parking, but the architectural design is out of anybody's control so this would just be a heads up to anyone with big cars. You'd have to navigate a bit since the parking numbers are not consistent and the space is also not a standard grid. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely come back next time!

Had an awesome stay here! The place was super cozy and just felt really homey + our furbaby really enjoyed the view. Ms. Dene was easy to communicate with especially with our requests and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

My family had a great time staying at Luz's place. The check-in was seamless, the unit was clean, and it was conveniently located near the event we were attending. My kids loved the tower's swimming pool, and we had all the utensils we needed. There was a convenience store nearby, and the host was proactive in answering my questions—even the small ones. All in all, the place was worth every penny we paid. Thank you so much for lending us your place, Luz/Antonio. We'll definitely come back if we're ever in Clark again. ❤️

We had a great stay at the condo! The property is clean and the host is very accommodating. She provided a crib for my little one. The rooms are very nice and spacious with tvs in each. Loved everything about this rental. Just keep in mind, if you’re getting dropped off in front of the condo with your luggages, there will be lots of stairs to climb and the staff won’t be able to assist you. I suggest getting dropped off by landers on either side of the building to avoid stairs. Would stay here again!

My stay at this condo was exceptional. The owner's kindness and attentiveness were greatly appreciated, and the unit was impeccably clean. While a minor water issue was noted, it did not detract from the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this condo.

Honney is a fantastic host and their place was wonderful. Her communication was great and she was quite accommodating within reason. Very proactive — helpful, and I believe that unit was a reflection of that dedication because it was great. Its appliances and design alike. I really enjoyed this place and absolutely will try it again someday because this was one of those stays where I left with a sense of appreciation, thank you!

Diane and JV were great hosts. They were always responsive and happy to assist. The unit was as described and comfortable. The ACs worked very well! We loved that each room had their own bathrooms. We also utilised the kitchen to cook breakfast each day, it was well stocked with cooking equipment and utensils. It was also great that there was housekeeping everyday to collect the garbage. Absolutely stunning Airbnb with the best modern and luxurious setup ever. Everything was in top condition and looked exactly like the photos—so clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained. The reclining couch and soft mattress were my personal favorites—pure comfort! The aircon was perfectly cold, and we couldn’t get enough of the amazing view. The whole unit felt so exquisite and thoughtfully designed. We also enjoyed the PS4, and the mini grocery was super convenient. Hosts were kind, responsive, and very hands-on. 10/10 experience—highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Julia's place. It has a nice view of the golf course, and the house is cozy and very tidy. Everything was well set up and made us feel at home. I definitely recommend staying here.
