House has this old, ancestral vibe. It is very spacious. Kahit magtakbo-takbo ung bata pwede. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious too. Medyo maalikabok lang ung tables inside when we arrived and ung floor pero understandable coz of location lalo na sa labas ng house is sand. Nakaseparate ung kitchen but very clean and halos lahat ng need mo andun. Even the ref is very clean. Medyo hassle lang kasi magkabilang dulo ung kitchen and dining pero they have a cart naman you can use to bring the food and stuff to and from the dining. Sophia is a very nice host. Very responsive. She didn’t get tired of answering my querries. Ate Anita was a great help too.

We really enjoyed our stay, beautiful quiet area. Pool and view are very enjoyable. Area has great opportunities for water activities nearby. Ate and Kuya are friendly and helpful, the included breakfast delicious!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Getaway – Would Stay Again! We had a wonderful stay at Kings Manor from April 16–18! The place was exactly as described—sparkling clean, stylish decor and incredibly cozy. The location was ideal for a quiet retreat away from the noise of the city. Fernando was a gracious and responsive host, making check-in a breeze and offering helpful local tips. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, the pool and peaceful balcony. Minor note for future guests: Flies inside the unit but it wasn’t an issue for us as they have provided swatters and repellants. Overall, we highly recommend this rental and would love to return! Booked this place for my mother’s 50th birthday celebration and I’m glad I did. The host, Kristine and her House Manager, Leonila were both pleasant & easy to work with. My family noted on how welcoming the vibe is and that they felt right at home. Also, they noticed on how well taken care of the house is. If anyone is looking for a place to stay in Pagudpud, look no further. This place is it.

Our family had a great stay at Isarville Farm! The place was clean and my daughter enjoyed the pool. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The area surrounding the farm was beautiful, with lots of trees and greenery that created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The host gave us fresh buko and even allowed us to pick mulberries from their tree, which was such a delightful experience. We truly appreciated the calm, nature-filled environment—perfect for a restful family getaway.

Had a great and relaxing 3D2N stay at Hazel's listing. The whole place was clean with really good beds & pillows. We had everything we needed to cook and grill from the utensils, stove, griller, ice maker and purified water. ACs worked so well, the place was cold. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was really helpful since we were a big family. They also have two pools which was surprisingly warm. It rained one afternoon while we were swimming so we were very happy we could continue comfortably swimming! Cellular signal is good which was great since the bedroom downstairs in front of the main pool doesn't reach the wifi but wasn't really a problem for us. We just also didn't get to use the entertainment room that much since it was raining a few times during our stay and we had to walk a few steps up. Overall, we definitely recommend this place. Can't wait to be back with my family. Thank you so much, Hazel and team! :)

We had a wonderful out-of-town getaway at this villa! It was incredibly spacious and comfortably fit all 23 of our family members. The place is beautifully and tastefully decorated, giving it a relaxing and cozy feel. We especially loved the communal areas—they were perfect for bonding and spending quality time together. Whether we were swimming, doing karaoke, or playing sports, there was always something fun to do. It was also private, and staff is there to help us settle in. Highly recommended for large groups or family gatherings. We had a great time and recommend it to anyone looking to have an easy escape out of Manila.

We had a family outing in Casa Zacharías & let me tell you, it was exactly as you see in the picture. I didn’t expect the pool to be bigger on site than it was on the photo. Everything was aesthetically pleasing to the eye, the rooms were spacious, with cold air conditioning & we overall enjoyed our stay, adults & kids alike. Ms. Diana was very responsive & kind to my questions and I’m also pleased with the caretaker ate Elvie. Every time we needed assistance she was there to ensure everything is alright and that we got the help we needed. We will definitely come back!

The place is beautiful, especially the rooms and bathrooms. Every corner is a spot for good photos. All the equipment is complete and clean. The kids and adults enjoyed the swimming pool and the effect is beautiful at night. It was worth what we paid. The caretakers are also very kind. You can recommend the place to others because it is so beautiful.

Great place for a family reunion. Rooms were spacious and staff very helpful, they even cooked food we bought from the local fishermen. Going down the street to Lingayen beach walk is worth it as the beach across the street can sometimes be filled with trash after the fisherman's haul. It was still a nice beach though. Overall I would stay here again.

We rented this place for our team Away Day. The place looks even better in person! It has a warm, rustic charm with modern touches - lots of wood, cozy textures, and a peaceful, nature-inspired feel, but everything is updated and stylish. The host was friendly and responsive. Wish we could have stayed longer, but even a day was already worth it. Would absolutely love to come back for another quick escape - it's close to the metro, but feels like a hidden retreat! Place was very peaceful and had all the items we needed for our stay. WiFi was strong enough considering the place did not have signal. The look of the house gives a very relaxing tropical vibe given the design of the rooms and especially the pool. I'm sure it's fun to stay here in the summer. But the best part of our stay for us are the helpful and generous staff and caretakers who made sure we had everything we need and accommodate all our requests. Book this place if you want a quick getaway from the city.

It's my first time to rent this location and it was as expected Perfect just as the other property that they have. Gerald was always pleasant and response promptly everytime we ask him about certain things we need in the property. Property is clean, kitchen was a good size to cook and entertain, bathrooms are clean, AC for the whole house, Swimming pool for a good walk and exercise or to deep when weather is hot.Thank you Eisen and Cyril for letting us stay on your property.

I had a really great stay at Ylli Villa. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the room smelled amazing. The front desk staff were very helpful and attentive to the needs of the guests. They were always smiling, which, for me, is a big plus—especially after traveling for hours. Overall, this place is absolutely worth the price. I highly recommend staying at Ylli Villa. It’s within walking distance to the beach but located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood.
