It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.

In Petit Coye, a gite, completely renovated in March 2023, is located in a pleasantly landscaped courtyard, in the center of Coye la Forêt, close to shops. A small village where the living is good. Walking distance: - 20 minutes from the Commelles ponds 15 minutes from Orry – Coye-la-Forêt station (RER and TER) If by car: 8 km from Chantilly and Senlis 20 minutes from Parc d'Astérix 20 minutes from CDG Airport.
