Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lunteren

This is Airbnb as it was intended to be. A kind and helpful host, wonderful house and all around great experience. We traveled with 5 adults and 2 small kids. Sorin’s house was perfectly appointed for everyone to have a great stay. The kids loved the playroom, back garden and all the fun toys. The included bikes (including a cargo bike) made exploring and trips to the train station easy and fun. The house is very comfortable and spacious allowing us to spread out and also spend time together. The neighborhood is very quiet and seems very safe. If you are considering this as an option within easy striking distance to Amsterdam, do it. The train is an €15 round trip.

Wir hatten eine gute zeit👍

Wir waren zu sechst bei Lizet und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben und wenn wir Fragen hatten, egal welcher Art, stand Lizet mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen Vorort, der jedoch super angebunden ist. Wir wollten Amsterdam und Umgebung anschauen und dafür war es die perfekte Location: Mit Bus (alle 7-10 Minuten) und Metro (alle 7 Minuten) ist man sehr schnell in Amsterdam, aber auch gut bspw. an Haarlem angebunden, wodurch man schnell am Meer ist. Der Vorteil war, dass man dann einen ruhigen Abend am Haus verbringen könnte oder im Ort essen, ohne Touristen zu begegnen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und es auch wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable avec nos 3 adolescents dans maison de Merel. C est une vraie de maison de vie (contrairement aux Airbnb froids et uniquement fait pour la location), très bien décorée et confortable. Tout est fait pour qu on s'y sente bien. Le jacuzzi est sympa. Amsterdam est à 25 minutes en voiture (on a utilisé les parking Parkbee). Très bon supermarché à 5 minutes en voiture, 15 minutes à pieds. Nous avons également visité Rotterdam, une bonne surprise plus contemporaine et moins touristique qu Amsterdam. Merel est proactive dans sa communication. Elle a à cœur que tout se passe bien. Nous recommandons!

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno a Diemen: la casa di Fons era spettacolare. Accogliente, pulita, gli spazi ampi. Fons un padrone di casa magnifico: sempre disponibile con consigli e indicazioni, ci ha fatti sentire come a casa nostra, lasciando a nostra disposizione 4 biciclette (eravamo in 4) e tante comodità in casa. Gli ambienti erano esattamente come in foto: la casa dava un senso di calore, come fossimo da un amico. C'era di tutto oltre i soliti the e caffè: è un segno di grande e generosa ospitalità, che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Un piccolo problema con la lavastoviglie, ma Fons molto disponibile nei nostri confronti si è occupato di tutto. Raccomandiamo questa casa a cui abbiamo dato 5 stelle: pulita, curata e accogliente. Questo che rende il viaggio ad Amsterdam molto piacevole e rilassante. Fons impagabile, 5 stelle anche all'host :)

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer Wohngegend ab vom Trubel, aber sehr gut angebunden mit Tram und Bus. Gemütlich und genug Platz zu viert. Mark war sehr freundlich, gut und schnell zu erreichen. Obwohl er während unseres Aufenthalts nicht in der Unterkunft war, war es genau das „ursprüngliche“ Airbnb-Erlebnis: zu Gast bei sympathischen, freundlichen, interessanten und interessierten Menschen. Sehr gerne ein nächstes Mal!

Tout simplement parfait ! Le logement est fidèle à la description et aux photos et comprend tout le necessaire pour s'y sentir comme à la maison ! Les enfants etaient ravis d'y trouver aussi des jouets. La buanderie avec le lave linge et seche linge est super pratique. La literie est très confortable et propre. Le jardin dispose d'un trampoline, très apprécié par les enfant et d'une cabane avec une tyrolienne. Nous avons pu aussi profité des vélos mis a disposition pour faire le tour du lac qui se trouve juste à côté. Tout proche, il y a egalement une place de jeu extérieur, un restaurant, une petite aire de jeu intérieur avec des châteaux gonflable, un bowling et une piscine. En bref, la maison et l'endroit ou elle se trouve est l'endroit idéale pour venir passer de merveilleuse vacances en famille ! Lors de notre prochain sejour aux Pays-Bas, c'est ici que nous reviendrons. Merci Egon

The AirBnB corresponds to the photos published by Job. The house is very spacious and provides you with everything you need to get away for the weekend and relax. Due to the proximity of the place to the Hilversum train station it is well connected to Amsterdam and Utrecht. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and had a great time!

We had a comfy stay at Jelle's! No complaints or displeasures, everything was quite clean and accurate to the description in the listing. Instructions for check-in was clear. Maybe would be good to provide 2 sets of keys instead of just 1. Location is 2min walk from a bus stop, easy to take a 10-15min bus ride to Centraal. Living room area in particular was very pleasant! we were worried that privacy was going to be an issue, but Jelle had blinds and privacy filters on the windows, so we felt at ease. Washing machine and dryer are easy to use too. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Nice quiet neighborhood, loved the added touch of fresh tulips!

The apartment is sunny and bright, clear of clutter, well lit, and so nice to be in. From the get go, Armand was incredibly responsive, and if there was anything I needed or had a question about, he was right on it. The location is also terrific, close to transit, can walk to so much, beautiful parks nearby, shopping, etc. It made for a wonderful "home" while in Amsterdam. Bedankt Armand! - Nina

Très bel appartement, situé dans un quartier calme près de l'Oosterpark. Une grande terrasse très appréciable pour les soirées. Le tout à 15 min en vélo de la gare, des musées... Merci Petra pour votre accueil et votre confiance.

It's a really special place. The house feels like the 17th C beauty it is, but there is nothing janky or tired about it. A lot of very thoughtful work has been put in. It is light-filled, beautifully cared-for, and perfectly incorporates all modern luxeries. The house is on a quiet street just a few blocks from the center. We had a terrific week there, can't recommend it more highly.

El apartamento es luminoso, cómodo y está bien equipado con todo lo necesario. Está en un lugar tranquilo del centro histórico, a pocos minutos de la zona más turística y a solo 10 minutos de la estación central de trenes (a pie). El anfitrión ha sido muy amable. Repetiríamos sin dudar.

Great stay, especially for longer stays.... Very friendly and welcoming hosts... The place has all the amenities to feel right at home and then some, the true gem is the backyard porch!!

Clean and cozy just like we expected. The location to vondelpark was superb. Easy to find and a beautiful street. Felt safe staying there.

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, vielleicht etwas besser ;). Aufmerksamkeiten wie frische Blumen auf dem Tisch, frisches Obst und Snacks für den Hund, haben uns das Gefühl gegeben willkommen zu sein. Gerne wieder

Where to begin? The location is devine, it is on the fourth canal so it’s still touristy but feels like a more local experience. It is right across from this gorgeous church and the bells sound lovely. I actually feel like this Airbnb is underrated. Could I give it 6 stars? The pictures of the Airbnb don’t have a good photo of the back courtyard, but it had lovely birds chirping and parrots as well as purple, orange, and red flowers. One night my mom and I had a dinner out there and it was splendid. The location is also almost right across from the Anne Frank Hous and I can’t believe the reviews don’t reflect that because it was so convenient getting to. I’m also an avid runner and the area, although full of pedestrians and bikers, was the perfect runners paradise. There was so much to see and it made me feel like I got to know the city more intimately. The host was also so nice when we first arrived and told us about all the amazing things Amsterdam has to offer!

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Amsterdam - und die Wohnung liegt super ruhig, aber trotzdem ist die Innenstadt gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und der Spiel- und Fußballplatz gegenüber hat unseren Kindern viel Spaß gemacht. Dank an die Gastgeber, sie waren sehr freundlich ind immer erreichbar! Gerne wieder!!

John’s Airbnb was perfect for our little getaway with our daughter (2 yo). John provided a high chair and crib for her and she had her own little room which she slept very well in. The Airbnb was quiet especially considering its location! The US WiFi is a little weak especially in the bedrooms but the other options is solid. The stairs up to the unit are very steep. We left the stroller by the front door and relied on the elevator (warning it’s small and slow). But overall, it was a really great place and we had an excellent time.

Stein was a great host who went over and above what would be expected of a host. The studio is very close to rail link that takes 5min to Arnhem and about 10min to Nijmegen. The apartment has is very clean and modern and has similar facilities to a hotel room - mini fridge etc, and local shops can provide breakfast - dining out in Arnhem has limitless options with every taste catered for. Great stay and an ideal base to explore this historic part of Holland.
