The house is located between Vordingborg, Næstved and Præstø in peaceful and scenic surroundings. Walking distance to the fjord. Close to Svinø beach, Avnø Nature Centre and the Sjaellandsleden. Close to shopping. The entrance to the house is shared with the owner.

Located on the Camøno route: 5 min to Dagli 'Brugsen, 20 min to Stege, 40 min to Møns Klint. Smoke-free in both home and garden. Cleaning and washing products are without perfume. The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.
