Very convenient apartment, perfectly located near the Canal du Midi and the village centre. Patrick and Annie have very well furnished this apartment which is very functional and very comfortable in addition to being beautifully decorated. My husband and I had a great stay and are ready to do it again.

We had a great time at Julien's place. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the old town and the train station on foot. Good little restaurants nearby. The building is very quiet. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped, well-decorated; good bedding. Contact with Julien is easy. We recommend it.

Our stay for our friend's bachelorette party was great! The house is spacious, clean and tidy. The pool was heated so we could enjoy it! The house is ideally located and is only 10 minutes' drive from nearby restaurants The host is responsive and was able to answer all our questions before our arrival. Benjamin who took care of the check in and check out was great too! We really enjoyed our weekend and highly recommend this accommodation that met our expectations.

Lovely spacious villa, quiet area and nice village. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely garden and pool. Only slight problem was the 1 toilet for 4 double bedrooms and bathroom with hand held shower inside main bedroom. So only 1 shower room. But we had a great family holiday.

Patricia and Luc are very welcoming and responsive. Communication with them went very well. The place is like new, and we greatly appreciated the air conditioning and the enclosed garden in the shade of olive trees. Big plus for us: that the hosts accept dogs. The studio is well located for discovering Herault.

This is a beautiful, old, typically French Domaine. The outside space is especially beautiful with a large gravelled area, perfect for outside living. The kitchen was well stocked which made it easy to feed us all. The tortoises were lovely, our nearly two year old granddaughter loved them. We also loved the pool. Jacqueline lives next door and was very helpful, luckily we had a French speaker with us to help. Martin is always available via messages to help too. Very well situated for a quick drive to the supermarket, local towns and the general area.

I was lucky to have come across this listing and its owners, whom I was able to meet on the day of my departure (for me, this is extremely rare). The apartment is well located, quiet and what was beneficial to me was the air conditioning (extremely quiet) in these periods of high heat and when my health played some tricks on me. Spacious and easy to maintain, it is very well equipped since the owners go there regularly. Sheets and bath linen are to be provided but Philippe will warn you sufficiently in advance to organise yourself. This stay allowed me to escape for a moment and I warmly thank the owners for their help at the time of departure and their sympathy that warmed my heart. I hope to be able to come back as soon as I can to catch my breath! See you soon!

We had a very nice week in a clean and very well-equipped apartment. A big plus for the shaded terrace and the delicious figs! The accommodation is very well located, close to beaches, shops and the port. Everything is in walking distance. What a pleasure! A big thank you to Benoît and his beautiful family (not to mention his beautiful dog who made us fall in love) for this beautiful week. I would highly recommend it!

Clean and perfectly located apartment, with a superb terrace offering views of both the beach and the garden. I recommend it, even if the price in my case was a bit expensive (with a big AirB&B commission). Only downside: bed linen and towels are not included, but it is very easy to rent on site.
