Large, lovely lush garden of 1300 m2, with plenty of room for ball games, croquet, badminton, barbecue or just to relax. The area is perfect for long walks and bike rides. Beautifully renovated cottage located on a beautiful natural plot in an old cottage area with beautiful nature. Enjoy a glass of wine on one of the house's three terraces, one of which is covered. Go to one of Denmark's nicest sandy beaches (600 m from the house) and rinse off under the outdoor shower when you get home or take a nap in the hammock. For families with children, there is a campfire area, tennis, various outdoor games and board games. The house is fully renovated at the beginning of July 2025.

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
