Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

In the renovation of this cozy farmhouse, all conceivable modern amenities were combined with the beautiful old atmosphere elements. LaDimora is within walking distance of the beach, the bus stop, several restaurants, a bar, canoe and (speed) boat rental and a supermarket where you can buy fresh bread daily and also order pizza (order one day in advance).

The spacious duplex/maisonette apartment in the antique Villa Rocchetta CH, was newly renovated with a lot of love for detail, selected natural building materials. On the large terrace, or the other 3 small balconies, you can enjoy the magnificent views of Lake Lugano. If you are free of vertigo and a little brave, you can admire the panoramic view from the tower, which is part of the apartment. The grounds offer numerous idyllic garden seats to linger and enjoy.

Located near the town of Lierna, the natural house is a cottage framed in a flowery garden directly overlooking the lake. You can sunbathe, swim in the clear waters of the lake and relax in the small private sauna. It will be amazing to have dinner on the lake at sunset after a swim or a sauna. At a distance of 2 km there is a free public beach with toilet. Restaurants, shopping centers and fitness centers are 2.5 km away The center of Lugano can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. The area offers many possibilities for excursions a sofa bed is available upon request.
