Wonderful rustic duplex, nestled in the heart of Avegno, offers peace and quiet. Inside there is a small dining room corner with fireplace and pine cone and a new kitchen; climbing the stairs you enter the two bedrooms, a double bedroom of a thousand and one nights and a convertible from single bed to double bed and a comfortable bathroom with bathtub. Outside there are many spaces for reading or eating, a beautiful terrace with a chaise longue, a patio with a table and chairs and a small garden with armchairs.

Baita Croz

Baita Croz is located in Lottano (654 metres), an ancient village and one of the most authentic in the Chiavenna Valley. It is the ideal starting point to discover Lake Como (40 km) and nearby Switzerland, with St. Moritz just 50 km away. Here you will find silence, nature and an atmosphere of times gone by: no roads, only paths and the scent of the mountains. After a day among lakes, forests and unforgettable landscapes, the cabin becomes your warm and welcoming refuge where you can find peace and serenity.

Grume Cabin *reachable by trail*

Chalet with two bedrooms, large living room and garden surrounded by nature. Reachable in about 20 minutes on foot from Albogasio Superiore (650 meters on foot, elevation gain (from the parking lot) about 200 meters). Free parking at the foot of the slope. The house is located near Switzerland and Porlezza and is not far from the lake and some refreshing rivers (you have to go down the slope to reach them). Some interesting excursions start from the cabin. SPA availability (May-September).

In the winter period, the use of methane gas for heating is paid for separately.
