The small apartment is very well appointed. What we enjoyed the most was the common area (the pool and the large garden). The little ones had a lot of fun! A bus stop is almost in the immediate vicinity of the place. The restaurant offers good service and the waiter Diana is very friendly. Highly recommended for excursions with children! Don't forget the mosquito repellent 😉

Nice appartment that is part of the Geranio resort with a nice pool and a good location close to the lake. We enjoyed every day here and it is a nice place to start for shorter or longer daytrips or just a day by the lake. Rita and Manuella was very welcoming and made sure everyone felt at “home”.

The stay is quietly located, but a short distance from the boulevard and the lake. The supermarket is also just around the corner. Downtown is close by. In terms of location, therefore highly recommended. There is much to do in Cannobio. Walks, beachfront, shops, nice restaurants... In the apartment everything you would need was available. You overlook the courtyard and that's a nice view. There is no terrace at the apartment, but you can use the courtyard and two common balconies which in our case were always free. There's no air conditioning, but that was easy for us. During the day we let the shutters and in the evening we opened the windows to refresh the room. Towels are provided! What a plus. The one downside is that the WiFi did not work for us. We would recommend this stay to anyone anyone!

Beautiful, unique views in an amazing place to stay. We can also highly recommend the beautiful pool and the good restaurant. We were there by car and could thus make a trip to the beautiful promenade in Locarno (about 20 minutes) and to Lugano (about 40 minutes). We will be happy to come back, thank you so much for the pleasant stay and the impeccable communication.

Nice flat to stay for couple of days! Perfectly located in the old town, little noisy for light spleepers, but overall lovely stay!

Very nice and clean apartment. Friendly and easy hostess. Were very happy with our stay and would go again anytime. :-) In addition, very dog friendly!! It has a huge garden with a cottage and everything you need and in summer even a pool can be used.

A beautiful house with lots of change. Great pool, large meadow, volley net, games, grotto in the garden for everyone... Simply wonderful. Breakfast can be booked and is excellent. The team is very nice and extremely accommodating. You feel completely comfortable. The apartment has everything you could need, good beds, very spacious, old but very well preserved and super clean. The entire apartment still has fitted carpets in it. The huge terrace is also very well maintained and well furnished, it even has a covered part. The price is high and what we only noticed afterwards, booking directly is massively cheaper, which is not explainable for us. But it was a wonderful vacation in a wonderful location. Thank you very much.

We were very satisfied, great stay

Our stay at Yury’s place in bellano was amazing!!! The location cannot be beat and it is super close to the beach on the lake. We even rented an umbrella at a restaurant on the beach and stayed there all day enjoying the sun and water. Yury was extremely responsive and he thought of all the extra details for his guests staying at his flat, which made the stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. The town of bellano is wonderful and because the flat is so close to everything, it makes all the shops and restaurants very accessible and there is a beautiful promenade along the lake for walking. One of the best things for us is that there was also a designated parking spot right in front of the flat which makes life so much easier when you are driving a car! I highly recommend Yury’s flat if you are planning on staying at lake Como, it was perfect and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

Beautiful hospitality, clean rooms, extremely quiet area 10 minutes drive from Arona, Proximity to supermarket, very large indoor parking and also underground parking. Great breakfast and super friendly staff, we recommend. The property is the '90s but well maintained.

Massimiliano and his wife were lovely hosts. They went out of the way to ensure everything was working well in the flat and provided parking for our rental car nearby. The location is very central in Como, right across from the lake and also close to lots of restaurants, shops and a supermarket. Great stay with friends !
