The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Newly renovated and tastefully furnished one-room apartment with kitchenette, dining area on the first floor with terrace, very quietly located in the Schöntal district directly by the forest and 150 meters from the Schöntal swimming pond. Schöntal has no through traffic, generally only 30 km/h is allowed. Ideal entry point for hikers, trekking, climbing and mountain biking...but also just relaxing (150 meters from the swimming pond)
