Der Ruhrradweg führt durch Neheim-Hüsten, somit auch für Radfahrer als Zwischenstopp bestens geeignet. Es gibt per Auto rundherum innerhalb einer halben Stunde viel zu erkunden, wie z.B. die Sorpe- und Möhnetalsperre, die Altstadt Arnsberg und auch die historische Stadt Soest.

The Hagener City is about 5 minutes away from Eilpe. Other major cities, e.g. Dortmund, can be reached by car via the A45 in about 15 minutes.
