Holiday rentals with a patio in Lüdenscheid

We were super satisfied with our stay. The apartment was clean, and most importantly warm! The host is friendly and proactive, and went out of their way to get us new internet after some road work cut it for the building - not their fault or responsibility, and they still made sure we have a stable internet. Also checked up on us and whether we need any other amenities. If we visit Bochum again, this would be our choice.

Very nice and cool location

Our stay was very pleasant despite the cold weather. The apartment was warm, very clean and color harmoniously designed. The beds also ensured a good night sleep. The central location allowed us to shop and visit our relatives in short distances. We'd love to come back!

Green, private, hiking, quiet, beautiful balcony, perfect for our dog! Had a really relaxing couple of nights away from the city.

We had three really nice days in Nina's apartment and felt super comfortable right from the beginning. Communication with her was totally straightforward – she was always available, responded super quickly and gave us super clear information. The apartment itself is in top condition, very clean and really nicely decorated – you can tell that it has been thinking. Everything worked smoothly and the handling was totally easy. Very nice house with bussstop around the corner.

We had a very nice, albeit rainy time, in Alexandra's cute house. Everything you need is there, the dog also felt very comfortable and the garden is very nice. We'll be happy to come back. The communication with Alexandra was straightforward and easy.

Nice, quiet house with good layout and enough space. Ideal for our group with several families and children. Gladly come back🙂👍

Location is top, everything was very well maintained and complete. The garden is lovely to relax in and the contact with the host went smoothly. The upstairs neighbor is also very nice and always available for questions or a chat. It was also very nice that the dogs were so welcome. We enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

The apartment is exactly as described. Tastefully furnished with a very nice view into the scenery. With our dog, we were able to take beautiful hikes nearby. Maik was always available and also warned us about black ice. We are happy to recommend the accommodation.

Great stay in a quiet basement in the middle of the countryside. We used the bikes and explored the area. Great bike paths. Helpful tips. We also used sauna. Everything was fine. Were even allowed to use the garden and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Thank you

It was our second stay at the apartment and we were very satisfied as last time. Very spacious, very tidy and the Arcadeon was easily accessible on foot. Communication and check-in went smoothly.

We stayed at Gorden's place for the first time. It all worked out. Super location, nice and quiet, small, cozy garden including terrace, in a few minutes' walk we were on the lake. All windows were equipped with insect screens and outdoor shutters. We (2 adults and 2 dogs) felt very comfortable and can recommend the accommodation without hesitation. And for the crowning glory, the nice neighbor gave us fresh lily of the valley:-)
