Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Lucca

The backyard with the large lawn area and swimming pool really was wonderful for our two grandchildren (boys 3 and 7). Very quiet neighborhood. The property is set back significantly from the big road Viale G Puccini, so you hear no traffic noise. It is about a 12-15 minute walk to get inside the City Walls. The walk area is a shared bike/pedestrian path so we felt comfortable walking with our 3 year old. But watch out for the bicycles! Only one big street crossing with a signal and the main traffic intersection close to the city walls is serviced by a very nice pedestrian underpass. But the City of Lucca and the City Wall is the big attraction. If we were only adults inside the City Walls would be our choice, but this is a great overall compromise if traveling with small children. Easy enough to get to town but with a countryside feel to the location. And Giancarlo and staff were very helpful when we locked ourselves out of the house in the backyard!

Struttura davvero molto curata nei dettagli! Oltre alla pulizia completa. Le indicazioni sono state chiare e la posizione è buona per spostarsi in auto tra la Liguria e la Toscana. Parcheggio su strada davanti al cancello di entrata, zona tranquilla con il fascino del fiume. La descrizione della struttura è precisa al reale quindi l'unica accortezza che indicherei è che può non essere troppo adatta a chi ma problemi a fare le scale essendo disposta su tre livelli.

What a fantastic place and location. Tranquil, stunning views, located perfectly to explore the local area. Lots of character; quaint and quirky. As hosts Isabella and Claudio were amazing. Always helpful, friendly and very responsive when we asked them about places to go to. Apartment was located at the very top of the village and provided us with stunning views whenever we ate outside. Fabulous BBQ area and a great choice of outdoor seating. Highly recommended.

Hands down our favorite part of our two weeks in Italy! Casa Al Poggio was our Tuscan home away from home. We went and did all the things… Florence, Cinque Terre, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, etc. But coming “home” to this place was the best. So peaceful and picturesque looking across the valley at the Badia Di Passignano. We cooked many meals in the well stocked kitchen and my husband loved the rustic BBQ. Fresh herbs in the garden and the smell of jasmine blooming on the patio. Book yourself extra time here…you won’t want to leave! Emanuele & Tamara are the kindest people. Take them up on all of their restaurant recommendations. Everyone one was a hit! We can’t wait to go back.

Die Lage und insbesondere die Aussicht ist einzigartig. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und bietet viele verschiedene Sitz- und Liegemöglichleiten. Das Bett, die Matratze und die Kopfkissen sind hochwertig und bequem. Die Küche ist sehr groß, ist einfach ausgestattet und biete alles, um umfangreich kochen zu können. Das Haus ist nicht barrierefrei, sowohl im Haus, als auch um das Haus herum sind viele verwinkelte Stufen. Das WLAN ist sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Прекрасно жилище! Тишина и уют! Не се чудете, че няма климатик. Къщата е изолирана и с дебели стени. При температури от 35° не се нуждаехме от климатик. Нейни роднини живеят в съседната къща и помагат винаги! Има прекрасна градина със светулки и гекони!😁 Навсякъде има мрежи срещу насекоми. Пътят до жилището е с много завои, но е също така много красив. Само на шест километра от магистралата. На 20км от плажа. В близост(5-6км) има магазини. Бензиностанции на всеки ъгъл. Препоръчваме горещо. Обхватът на Водафон не е много добър, но в жилището има рутер. С две бани и две тоалентни! Чисто и подредено! Нашето семейство е много доволно! Препоръчвам горещо! Благодаря ти, Франческа! На твоите роднини също!

Due giorni di relax e pace. Posto bellissimo. Casa attrezzata di tutto . Appartamento piccola ma allo stesso tempo,spaziosa. Il letto comodissimo. Zona bellissima x fare delle camminate. Ovviamente x arrivare al mare ci vuole la macchina. L’unica pecca, se una ha la macchina grossa è che non si riesce ad arrivare direttamente davanti alla casa perché la strada è stretta . Ma questo è stato comunicato in anticipo. Non abbiamo avuto problema. Grazie mille Maria Victoria x tutto. Torneremo sicuramente. Un saluto anche a Shaggy , il cane di casa. Simpaticissimo.😍

We had the best week in Nada’s home with our friends who travelled from Australia. The villa was so cute and cosy and had everything you would need. Nada is a great host who was very responsive and extremely friendly, it was just a shame we didn’t get to meet her in person. The main highlight for us was when Viola (Nada’s daughter) came to the villa and did a cooking class with us. It was fantastic and one not to be missed! We made bruschetta, homemade pasta and sauce and a lemon tiramisu. We made pasta and bruschetta literally every night after as it was just so good. From the villa we travelled around in our hire cars and saw the delightful towns/villages such as San Giginano, Certaldo, Siena, Greve in Chianti, climbed up the hill to Montefioralle, Radda in Chianti, Volpaia and the local village of Barberino Val D’Elsa. I highly recommend you visit each as all close enough for a day out it combine a couple in a day. You will not be disappointed at Casa Di Nada. We loved it 😊

Giulia was easy to work with. Her apartment is quiet and peaceful. It is centrally located to make day trips. The area and town was easy to walk. Thank you. Renae

I really enjoyed my stay. Love the family. Love the property. I had it booked for two months and found out that since I was going towards Spainish visa I have to go back to Spain and complete 183 days per year. Italy was not included in my stay. But, I had a wonderful time at his home. It was great feeding their pet chicken. Everyone including Nona was helpful and Lorenzo also and the daughter. I would definitely go back. My Service Dog Willow loved the yard and neighbors. The only thing that was bad was the weather. It was so hot I felt like I was going to pass out sometimes walking back uphill. But, then again I’m 65 years old and now I know to come back in cooler weather or only go out between 6 am to 11 am. Or wait until nightfall. The rates are great if you rent for the entire month. And thank you for maintaining the yard So beautiful. We both loved it. Thanks again to all the family. 😘

Heerlijke accommodatie met fantastisch uitzicht. Elias en Egle hebben ons goed geholpen met nuttige tips in de omgeving. Ook kwamen ze ons ophalen bij aankomst zodat wij achter ze aan konden rijden en we direct goed zouden rijden, erg gewaardeerd. Absoluut een aanrader!

Desde las atenciones al recibir , sus aromaticas para uso de los pasajeros, una pileta impecables y todos los juegos de jardin y para niños.Una forma maravillosa de conocer La Toscana. A pesar de la barrera idiomatica ellos fueron los primeros en usar el traductor de google.un lugar para quedarse varios dias

Clara war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin - freundlich, hat beim verspäteten Check-in auf uns gewartet, alles in der Wohnung erklärt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben - super Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden, die Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit nutzbar, weil es zwei Schirme gibt. Und drin ist es gemütlich, sauber, genug Schränke - alles da. Sehr gern kommen wir wieder, wenn wir mal in der Nähe sind.

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

Posizione perfetta: vicinissima a tutti i luoghi da visitare e al tempo stesso molto tranquilla. Se venite in macchina, essendo l’appartamento in ZTL, prenotate parcheggio al parking palazzo vecchio che è a 100 metri dall’alloggio. Appartamento come da descrizione, ottima anche aria condizionata. Paola super disponibile. Consiglio.

Tolle geräumige Wohnung, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Hilfreiche Informationen durch die netten Gastgeber. Ruhige Lage. 2 tolle Bäder mit Regendusche. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch mit vielen Kleinigkeiten, die man im Alltag gebrauchen kann. Der Garten mit dem Grill ist toll mit schönem Ausblick auf die traumhafte Landschaft mit den Weinbergen und Zypressen. Wenn man ein Baby hat, sollte man ein gutes Babyphone mit weitreichenden Verbindung mitnehmen, da der Garten ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt liegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare nell’alloggio di Lisa e non posso che raccomandarlo calorosamente! Immerso nel bosco, questo appartamento offre un’atmosfera di tranquillità e pace, perfetta per una fuga dalla vita quotidiana. L’appartamento è non solo accogliente, ma anche impeccabile nella pulizia e nell’arredamento, con dettagli curati che creano un ambiente davvero piacevole. Lisa si è rivelata un’ottima host: sempre disponibile e pronta a fornire suggerimenti su attività da fare nei dintorni. Se cercate un posto dove rilassarvi e rigenerarvi, questo è senza dubbio il luogo ideale. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

God is in the details. Il Grande Prato is a wonderful place that offers you al the comfort you wish : a huge domain with several nice spots to sit, chill and enjoy the great views. The garden, the cottages, the pool, everything is well done with an eye for the details. Giulia and her people are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease the whole time. Also the dinners we've enjoyed in this unique setting were fantastic.

Un angolo di paradiso in mezzo al bosco. La casetta meravigliosa, il giardino grande e attrezzato, perfetto per sia per gli umani sia per i cani, intorno pace e tranquillità. Silvia sempre disponibile per ogni domanda Sono stati 3 giorni rigeneranti. Tutto perfetto!

Der Check-In war sehr entspannt und spontan. Super zu erreichen und ein echt sympathischer Kerl. Wir waren mit unseren Motorrädern da und Ricardo hat sich super darum gekümmert das alles in Sicherheit steht und sogar Werkzeug bei einer kleinen Panne vorbei gebracht. Das Haus an sich war rustikal aber sehr passend eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden von Töpfen und Pfannen bis hin zu Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Es ist und bleibt ein kleines, rustikales Häuschen in der Toskana. Was will man mehr. Unsere Truppe würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke für den netten Aufenthalt!

Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno in questa casa, particolare e accogliente, immersa nella tranquillità. L’ambiente è curato nei dettagli e trasmette una sensazione di calore e originalità. Ma ciò che ci ha colpito di più sono stati i dintorni: davvero incantevoli!

Un petit chalet et son jardinet avec piscine situé idéalement au cœur de la Toscane, les villes de Pise, Sienne, Florence et Lucca sont a plus ou moins 1h de route. Nicoletta et son père nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux ! Ils sont adorables et très a l'écoute, si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit ils répondent très vite ! la piscine est entretenue tous les jours et donc d'une propreté absolue, quel bonheur de pouvoir s'y détendre après une journée de visite dans la chaleur Toscane, puis de déguster son dîner en terrasse avec vue sur les magnifiques couchers de soleil quotidiens ! le chalet est propre et contient tout le nécessaire (si je veux chipoter il manquerait quelques petites choses dans la cuisine commes quelques couverts en plus et un saladier ou deux par exemple, mais cela permettrait juste de passer de quelque chose de ja très bien à super, donc c'est vraiment si on cherche la petite bête) et la climatisation est très appréciable. Merci pour ce beau séjour !

Wij hebben 2 weken genoten van ons verblijf in Benabbio. We kwamen voor rust en goed weer en dit hebben we gekregen. Het huisje was perfect: het was er heel privé, het uizicht was prachtig, de tuin kleurrijk en heeft verschillende plekjes om buiten te vertoeven, we zijn dan ook vrij weinig op uitstap gegaan omdat het er zo goed was. Het was een leuk contact met Luca, die indien nodig zal klaarstaan en tips geeft. Een aanrader!
