Die Wohnung wurde Ende 2025 durch eine Dachgaube mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick erweitert. Die Wohnung wurde neu aufgeteilt und es entstand eine schöne Aussicht ins Grüne. Die Wohnküche ist mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt entstanden. Sie liegt in der Nähe des Wollingster See sowie des Silbersees und begeistert im Sommer sowie im Winter mit der Nähe zur Natur.

Quiet apartment. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible via a staircase. The bedrooms have external roller blinds. Every now and then you can hear the train passing by or the highway. Approximately 15 minutes' walk to Wulsdorf train station. Approximately 20 minutes' walk to the nearest bus. There is a large, well-maintained playground 50 meters away. An independent check-in via a key box is also possible after the actual check-in time. Pets are not allowed.

Nur knapp 8 km von Bremerhaven entfernt. Hier finden sie diverse Ausflug- und Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Ca. 40km entfernt befindet sich Cuxhaven - hier kann man am Sandstrand verweilen oder über die Strandmeile schlendern. Ab jetzt können vor Ort auch Fahrräder gemietet werden. Für E-Bikes ist auch eine Garage vorhanden.

Lage idylisch auf dem Lande neben einem kleinen Bauernhof. Wander und Radwege vorhanden. Ca.10 Km bis Bremerhaven.Bis zur Bundesstraße ca.800m,dort gibt es auch Busverbindungen nach Bremerhaven. In Loxstedt ( ca.7km ) gibt es einen Bahnhof,sowie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aber auch in 4 Km,5 Autominuten. Grillmöglichkeit am Haus. Stellplatz vor dem Haus. Bitte hinterlasst die Wohnung besenrein. Mülltonnen befinden sich hinter dem Haus.

We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

The vacation home LOTTA is idyllically located on the Weser cycle path and the old Weser. Quiet in the countryside and yet you are in Bremerhaven in no time. The surrounding area offers a variety of opportunities to stay in nature. Relax on long walks through the Marschendörfer and villages or use the numerous bicycle paths along the Weser dyke. NEW: Karl's Erdbeerhof Loxstedt is only about 3.5 km away and wonderfully accessible by bike.

Our cozy cottage is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 sqm plus conservatory). A Netto is within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is just a minute away, and Wulsdorf train station is a 5-minute walk away. Bremerhaven city center or the dyke can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max 30 minutes.

Quiet vacation home / apartment Renovated in 2021, the weekend house has a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m), a living room with satellite TV, a bathroom with shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and is designed for two people. In addition to a covered terrace, the property also offers an open terrace, which is ideal for barbecuing in summer (grill available).
