On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

Autonomous waterfront retreat

Come and unwind in this unique cabin located in the heart of the Normandy countryside. The 55m2 cabin comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen, and a bathroom. Constructed from durable and recycled materials, this refuge has been designed to accommodate you for a peaceful stay in a green setting. However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

You will stay in a comfortable cottage with an indoor pool heated to 30° all year round, sauna and treadmill, all in a beautiful 100 m2 room. Bed linen, bath towels and adult bathrobes are provided. Ideal for a relaxing or sporting holiday, possibility of tourist discoveries (15 minutes from Mt St Michel, 20 minutes from Granville, 20 minutes from St Malo, Cancale etc.) Discover the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, the Chausey Islands and its salt meadows sheep.

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Leon's House

We are offering for rent, in the village of Saint-Georges-de-Gréhaigne, this charming longère renovated in 2024. With an area of 90 m², it can accommodate up to 6 guests. It includes a 45 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilets, as well as an outdoor area of approximately 100 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels provided: drop your bags! On foot, you can walk to one of its many restaurants unless you prefer to go directly to the fish market located less than 100 meters away and come back for lunch on its exceptional terrace.

The Coudray cottage is a charming cottage with sauna in the heart of the Normandy countryside. Located in Orne, close to the village of Camembert, this cozy house is typically Norman, mixing bricks and half-timbering. Totally independent, it is in the center of a totally preserved environment: a 2000 m² garden and pastures as far as the eye can see. And for total relaxation, it has a sauna cottage in the garden with a covered terrace with lounge.
