The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. The property is ideally located 10 km from Honfleur, 15 km from Pont l'Evêque, 25 km from Deauville-Trouville and 4 km from the city center of Beuzeville and its shops. Guests can enjoy the seaside, countryside and typical villages.

This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Autumn is here with its palette of golden, purple and brown colors: come and discover the Pays d'Auge and CLAQUE PEPINS, which can accommodate 4 people in the heart of a vast garden. A green path conducive to walks, borders the house. Bicycles are available for rent. The nearest shops are 2 km away in St Julien le Faucon. Livarot is 10 km away, Lisieux is 15 km away and 40 km separate us from Cabourg, Deauville, Trouville. The D-Day landing beaches are 70 km away
