Guesthouse holiday rentals in Lower Normandy

House is sparkling clean and in perfect order. The enclosed garden is convenient for our dog. We enjoyed Honfleur, good food, the beautiful nature and beaches. Also visited the market of Trouville, which was a nice getaway. Had a really nice vacation!

Great place with great hospitality. Please note, the apartment is upstairs with a protective barrier for toddlers but can easily be opened by a small child. The balcony is not very safe for little ones who walk but the rest is superb especially THIS VIEW OF THE SEINE 😍

Fantastic couple stay in Deauville, ideally located accommodation, close to shops, the market, the beach and the port, decorated with care and charm. Isabelle welcomed us with a smile for an extended weekend, always available and kind, we will be sure to return to this charming cocoon in the heart of the Normandy coast

La Fregate is a little gem, perfect for our needs. It’s an easy walk to the centre of Bayeux and well placed for the attractions of the Normandy coast. We appreciated having the little kitchen area and it was also lovely to have some outside space. The bed is very comfortable too! Pierre made us feel very welcome, as did the neighbourhood cats 😊 Highly recommended.

We are a family with a child and a small dog. We stayed three nights at Lana's in a place she just finished. The little house is tastefully decorated. The garden is absolutely beautiful, there are lots of flowers, a large cherry tree and birds everywhere. It is an extremely relaxing and very poetic place. Lana is very responsive and very kind. We loved this place away from the hustle and bustle. The sea is less than 10 minutes' drive away and it's a place worth discovering; very different from Deauville and so much quieter.

We had a great stay at the Richardais. The cottage is very clean, functional with modern amenities. The bedding was very good for 2 people like us who have back problems. Everything was perfect in short! In addition, this accommodation is well located for visiting Dinan, St Malo and Dinard... We highly recommend Philippe and Sarah's accommodation.

We had a very enjoyable stay. la glycine was very clean and fully equipped. A very peaceful setting with beautiful gardens. Matched by our hosts helpfulness and willingness to help with her local knowledge of shopping, places to visit and where to eat. Lots of local information on D-day historical sites. Limor and Romain are super nice, responsive, caring and beyond. We've never had such thoughtful and close hosts! Always ready to help us with all our requests. The place is really fabulous, the view as in the photo. We all slept really well and loved the little shop with some "local products" in the basement of the house. Walking around the house is not easy, but by car, everything is really very close. The bike rental perfectly organised by Limor for us, allowed us to explore the surroundings (be careful of the hills of course ;-) Thanks! We'll be there again

Conveniently located, close to shops and perfect for walks to the famous cliffs of Étretat. The apartment is clean, quiet and very nice. Perfect for a relaxing stay while enjoying the region. I highly recommend it! Pierre is extremely responsive and gave us very useful tips throughout our stay. This is a real plus that greatly contributed to the quality of our experience. Beautiful property that is ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The location is very good once you have found the house (our navigation system had a little difficulty). Both your own garden and Robert's art garden are a dream! The beautiful neighbouring village of Veules les Roses is highly recommended, which we explored 4 times with Komoot.

We had a lovely stay, the loft is very beautiful and well equipped. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk away. The ability to park your vehicle in the drive is very convenient. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

A perfect stay! Apartment with a somewhat atypical layout with the living room upstairs (but at the same time everything is marked in the listing), very clean, very well equipped, with quality bedding (firm, as I like them). The environment is super quiet and residential. I didn't have the opportunity to go around the neighborhood to see the surroundings but there is a bus that passes just in front, towards the center of Rennes. Free parking spaces in the street, I've never had a problem parking in 5 days. In short, I will surely come back next year!

Martine's house is beautiful and has the perfect location for a visit to Giverny and other places painted by the Impressionists. The garden of the estate was spectacular in the days of May when we were there. In addition, Martine was very flexible in the hours of arrival and departure. She is an excellent cook and gave us a delicious Norman apple cake. As his farm is a little far from the village, he was kind enough to provide everything necessary for a good breakfast: milk, juice, butter, homemade jam and even croissants. After a tiring day of travel, we were very grateful. It is an ideal place to have a rural experience on a farm that has been fantastically restored. I especially recommend the kindness of the hosts.
