The "Saint Malo" gîte is located in a beautiful stone farmhouse, a passionately restored barn, divided into 4 apartments. The location is ideal for discovering the bay of Mont Saint Michel (10 min from the parking lot of Mont St Michel, 20 min from Dol de Bretagne, 35 min from Saint Malo, Cancale and the beaches)

The Old House

We are located in rural Normandy, France, 500m from a small village. Our home consists of an original house and attached larger house. We live in the larger house and it is the original house which is the accommodation offered here. The accommodation has its own entrance and is separated from our house by thick stone walls. There is a living room at ground level with a corner kitchen and upstairs is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. It is a very quiet location.

Newly refurbished stone barn full of light and color in a cute village just 1 km from the sea. Wood floors and natural insulation give a feeling of warmth. Upstairs living room leads to sunny roof terrace or go out of kitchen to shady private garden. Home-cooked meals of homegrown or local produce available on request, as well as visits of our mini-farm and garden. Well-appointed kitchen includes dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and coffee maker.

Ideally located, you can visit Mont Saint Michel, Granville, Saint Malo, Cancale, Dinan, Rennes, Fougères and the D-Day beaches. From the house you can access the GR hiking trail for beautiful walks. Departure for the bay crossings are in the village.
