Monthly Rentals in Lower Highland, Denver

Had a great visit to CO, didn’t spend a lot of time in the city but this location was definitely close to restaurants and other walkable businesses. Drove more outside of city to scenic attractions and smaller towns. Love the area with plenty to do!

This Airbnb is in Espadín LoHi which appears to be all apartment style short term rentals in the building. It was a holiday week / weekend so it was full of other out of town guests so not the quietest place, but it was totally fine for me. The location is 10/10 amazing! Apartment was newer, spacious, and modern. The smart locks with codes were a bit of a pain, but they ended up working. I would recommend staying here.

Excellent location! LoHi is the area to stay when in Denver. The place was a nice size to spread out and being able to relax on the patio was a bonus. Kitchen was stocked well. A/C worked very well. Doggies were cute and docile. Bathroom shower was a nice size and stocked with shampoo, body soap etc. The room has two large skylights which makes it very well lit but they do provide disposable eye shades. Host is very responsive and checked in with us a couple times. Nice place.

Overall really good stay. There was no opportunity to check my bags or check in early, which was disappointing. A few things were not working in the apt, but they were quick to respond and get maintenance to fix the microwave/garbage disposal. They did not end up fixing the microwave so that was a little frustrating that I couldn’t use it but overall not a huge deal. Would definitely stay again! Great location to some good bars/restaurants and only a short walk to downtown. Would stay again!
