Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Lower Highland, Denver

My family and I booked Billy’s house for my college graduation and it was better than we could have imagined! The house felt like home even though we only stayed 2 nights. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you might need. Billy was very accommodating and kind during our booking process and throughout the time we stayed. There is a cute back yard and the house is steps away from City Park which is very beautiful and has so much to offer. I’d recommend Billy’s home without hesitation to anyone visiting the area!

This house was lovely, great location with lots to do, beautiful patio, private bedrooms/bathrooms (with each on their own floor!). I needed some flexibility and Stephanie accommodated. Incredibly communicative, stocked kitchen, comfy beds. It’s 420 friendly, which to those of us who don’t enjoy that may be a turn-off - it doesn’t smell at all. Truly a fantastic space, would stay again in a heartbeat!

Really great place to stay. In walking distance of Coors Field. We had some taller guys in our group and they fit in the bunk beds easily. The crushed ice from the refrigerator was phenomenal. I will keep this place in mind for any future Denver trips. The host was very responsive, kind, and easy to work with.

We loved our stay here! The house was so charming and quaint, and was perfect for our small family. Cara was so helpful and responsive if we ever needed any assistance, and was so kind to offer us amenities for our 9 month old baby. The home was so clean, and had really thoughtful updates. The backyard space was great! The location was mostly good, we ended up driving a bit to different towns for activities/food, but there were some solid restaurant options near by. Should we ever find ourselves back in the Denver area, we would absolutely stay here again!

Great house—comfortable spacious well-appointed, and James is a wonderful host. The house is located next to the highway so there is a fair amount of traffic noise when you spend time outside (backyard or at fire pit). But this is not a problem inside the house at all. Would definitely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Alice’s place in Denver! The home is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed—every detail made our long weekend super comfortable. It’s functional, cozy, and had everything we needed, including some sweet touches for our pup like a dog bed and bowls (Olive was the perfect doggy host too!). We were also greeted with snacks upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful surprise. The space still felt very private, which we really appreciated, and Alice was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful, with a great park right across the street that was perfect for both kids and dogs. We loved being able to walk around and explore—plus, there’s lots of great food nearby! Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a small family and a furry friend. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. Simone was an excellent host and her place was very comfortable, clean, great location with a private lovely, fenced back yard for our pups. Very dog friendly with welcome treats a great outdoor setting to relax after busy day. So grateful to Simone for mailing to us a few forgotten items, we received 3 days later! Highly recommend!

We had a lovely 2 nights staying in this Airbnb. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Access was super clear and easy which was so good given we landed at close to midnight! Parking was easy at the building and lots to do close by. Fabulous stay!

We had a great time staying at Kyle's Airbnb! Kyle was incredibly communicative and welcoming. The space was great size and clean. Would recommend Kyle's place to anyone!

great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

Had a great stay. Building is incredible with great amenities and helpful concierge on the ground floor. Everything was comfortable and convenient. Tips: best coffee (better than what the building provides) just inside Union Station at Pigtail Coffee, and parking requires some coordination with the front desk people but is actually pretty seamless. Whole Foods downstairs super convenient. Had a great time and looking forward to returning!

Would recommend staying at this Air Bnb. Branden was great, super responsive. It’s in a great part of denver, really close to everything you need. Bed and couch were super comfortable. It’s a cute little apt, and has an awesome amenities. Definitely recommend.

This is a great spot for being based in Lodo! You don't need a car as it's right next to the train station and being above Whole Foods is amazing. This apartment is perfect for a single person or couple traveling together. The kitchen has all of the basics you need to be able cook your meals at home. Would recommend this as your jumping off place to explore Denver!

When I say Meg’s place matched the listing, I mean it was exactly as listed! The photos are entirely accurate and almost don’t do the place justice! For context, I moved to Colorado to start a new job, and needed a place to stay in the interim until I found a permanent residence, and Meg’s place was perfect. I stayed for a bit over 2 months. Well located, close to my new job, major interstates, shopping, food, and DEN. A good place for a new Coloradan to get the lay of the land. Check-in and out was a breeze, the place was immaculate, and both Meg and Kelvin were super responsive. Thermostat quit while I was there in the middle of a cold snap in January, replaced quickly. There are some reviews on this place that mention the firm bed, and it is rather firm. If you’re like me and you don’t care for a firm bed, be warned. If the firmer the better, this place cannot be beat. By the end, I will admit, I was definitely used to the firmness. Wonderful place, gracious hosts, would recommend!

Riley was a great host! Very responsive and made us feel right at home. He made sure we had everything we needed. The place was very clean and as described. Highly recommend!

The place was awesome! Just as described but maybe even more beautiful! Nice extras- ports in the nightstands, quality paper goods (come on, who likes a paper towel that’s a thin piece of paper!?!?). Bed is super comfy yet supportive and pillows are plush (no thin tissues). Extra towels too (nope, again no tissues)! Be a great guest because William is a great host!

The place was just as the host described. He responded quickly when I pointed out there was no shower gel by bringing over a fresh bottle. Because we didn’t have an early flight we were glad to help out the host by laundering the towels and bedding.

Had a great stay at Chandler's place! He was very responsive and the place was clean and just as described. It's a great neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants etc. Chandler provided morning coffee which was great!

Would totally recommend Laurel’s place if you’re visiting Denver. The location is awesome, and the place is super cute, with a private small fenced yard area. We definitely felt at home and will absolutely come back when we’re next in the Denver area!

Stayed here for a concert at empower field. It was an easy walk to the stadium and would’ve been just as easy to take the train there. Super quiet place and neighborhood. 5 minute walk to the train station which was very convenient to get to downtown and to the airport.

Absolutely fantastic spot. The location is close to downtown, deep in the art district with small scale developments with residential developments that don’t take away from the character of the area. The airbnb itself was clean, construction was high quality. case work, appliances and quartz surfaces are beautiful and no aspect of the bnb felt like it was compensating. Great host very nice lady and funny dog. Overall fantastic place with actual quality investment in a neighborhood with alot of charm, which in my eyes is the most important aspect of investing in a bnb.

Parking can be a little tricky but overall a good experience. Having a family of 4 sleep there can be a little challenging but we made it work with two small kids. It’s a very nice place! Brandon was always very responsive.
