Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lower Highland, Denver

I loved my stay at Erica's & Brianna's. They were very responsive to my needs and requests for recommendations. The location is walkable to a little grocery store, some restaurants and cafés, etc. The apartment was just as listed and had some thoughtful touches (sunscreen in the bathroom, hand lotion by the sink). I used the kitchen a lot and thought it was perfect for a short stay. This is a basement apartment as listing says, so be prepared to go down a short set of stairs to get to the space, however there are some windows to help with the basement feel. Overall, excellent stay for a great price. I'd recommend it to anyone staying in the RiNO area!

Couldn’t have asked for better. This was a safe, comfortable, and convenient home away from home for my 73 and 77 year old parents. They loved the extras Craig tucked away for breakfast/snacks in the fridge and drawer and each appreciated greeting the morning on the attached back deck. Craig was available, friendly, and communicative from start to finish. And my goodness is it a great location. I live two blocks away so know very well how easy it is to walk a few minutes to the park, a few different groceries, and good restaurants. Thanks to their positive experience in the Botanic Room, my folks are excited to come back to Denver. Hooray!

Great place! Squeaky clean .. quiet, great neighborhood with great restaurants and shops within walking distance, great access to downtown Denver, Rocky Mountain national Park, and all the other beautiful areas of Colorado.. you won’t be disappointed ! The host was very accommodating and very responsive.

I enjoyed my stay very very much. The loft was so comfortable and clean and equipped with superb amenities. I would stay there again.

We had an amazing time here! The location is perfect and not too far away from big attractions. We loved everything including the space, the yard, and everything else in between. We would definitely come back.

I was visiting friends for a few days who live very close by so this was an ideal location. Easy street parking. Easy access instructions. Fridge and microwave made it easy to have breakfast things and I was otherwise eating out with my friends. The space is fairly large with a nice bathroom and comfortable bedroom, but you're definitely in the basement of a home with lower ceilings and very occasional walking noises above (never at night). You enter from the rear and there appears to be access to both the main house and the basement from that door with no door to close to the basement space (bedroom and bathroom both have doors). So that was a little different. Hosts were friendly. Everything well supplied - nice sheets, towels, etc.

Excellent unit. One of the rare listings where it's as nice in person as it is in photos. Very new, comfortable bed, separate AC in both living room and bedroom. In a quiet neighborhood but close to the city, and easy street parking. I would recommend bringing your own bath amenities, as the provided ones are a bit uncertain. The walk in closet (containing washer/dryer) is locked but can be unlocked upon request. Otherwise, no complaints, would highly recommend!

Great neighborhood. We were able to walk to restaurants and a concert in the Empower Stadium. The apartment was cozy with all the amenities to make our stay feel like home

We had a fantastic stay. The location is great with many walkable options for restaurants/bars/coffee shops. Everything was as described, and you can tell a lot of thought was put into the design on the place to make it very functional and aesthetically appealing. It was a great value for the price, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

This place is a hidden gem that is walkable to so many coffee shops, restaurants and parks. I cannot get over how friendly and responsive the hosts were to all of our needs to make our stay incredible. Also the house itself is rich in history while being pristine in updates. Everything was so great and comfortable and I cannot recommend this place enough.

Alex was very kind and communicative. The hen house/casita was clean and nice. Perfect for a couple day stay and way more affordable than hotels and other places in the area. We forgot a couple things after checkout and he let us know and was very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

I absolutely loved this Airbnb in Denver! The space was cozy, stylish, and immaculately clean. The location was perfect—an uber shot close to great restaurants, breweries, and downtown, yet in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The host was thoughtful and responsive, and every detail felt intentional, from the comfortable bed to the prompt responses . I’d definitely stay here again!

This Air BnB was so lovely! Stephanie has curated such a cool space. It was easy to get everywhere I wanted to go and close to the interstates. The listing says it’s noisy, which was true, but it normally died down by 11 PM. Parking was east to find around the building. Stephanie was very flexible and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic location, five minute walk to Coors Field as well as just about all of the good restaurants. it’s quiet, spacious and has an incredible view of downtown & mile high stadium. Great helpful staff in the building. Just was on top of everything!!!

Our stay at Zach's penthouse was absolutely phenomenal, and we couldn't recommend it more highly! Just one of the highlights was the list of local restaurants within easy walking distance – it definitely introduced us to some truly fantastic culinary gems we otherwise may have missed. The penthouse itself is a dream – very stylishly decorated and incredibly comfortable, providing a true sense of luxury. It's located in an upscale neighborhood, which felt safe and pleasant, and we even had friendly encounters with other tenants in the building. Location-wise, it's simply unbeatable. We were centrally located to great restaurants, major attractions, and so much more, making it the perfect base for exploring. Zach goes above and beyond as a host; his attentiveness and genuine care truly set him apart.
