It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Our stay with Ermir and his wife was just fantastic! Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and immediately felt comfortable. The apartment was beautiful and very clean, with a breathtaking view. The bed was comfortable. The place is really idyllic and offers many opportunities to do something, as it is very centrally located. We would come back any time and can highly recommend the accommodation!"

The holiday was amazing! I especially want to highlight the location of the apartment close to the beach and the direct access to the coastal path and proximity to beautiful Lovran. Lots of great little bars and cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We were able to leave the car in the secured parking lot for the whole holiday. The size of the air-conditioned apartment was also impressive and the contact with Zoran was always timely and friendly and helpful. We are incredibly happy to come back!

We just stayed one night at Sanja’s place and wished that we were staying longer. Beautifully clean, stunning apartment with a view to die for and the swimming pool was an added bonus. Sanja was so helpful- she answered any query we had and helped us order a take away dinner from a local restaurant that was delicious. It’s slightly difficult to find although Sanja sends instructions and photographs. Once you enter the road by the cemetery you need to carry on up the hill as far as you can go. Where the asphalted road ends there on the left is the house. Thank you so much Sanja - we have kept a note of your details as we’d love to return for longer stay next time!

Our stay at the villa was a very good experience. The villa was very clean and very tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed the pool and the wonderful view. Thanks also to the host, who welcomed us warmly and introduced us to all the important details. We will be happy to come back.

Very well situated in the old town, fairly easy to access with a stoller. Free parking nearby. Since it is a ground floor apartment it is a bit dark, but that can be very useful on hot days (AC worked great as well when needed). All in all a great little apartment in the heart of historic Lovran 5 minutes away from the beach. The only small thing we missed were dishsponges and a mounting point for the showerhead. If you prefer a firmer mattress, the bed here could be a bit soft for you.
