Beachfront holiday rental in Lovran

We felt very comfortable with Alenka and Diego and enjoyed the time there with a great view of the sea to the fullest. Unfortunately, we did not use it because of the bad and then somewhat too cold weather. We were mainly in the garden next to the kitchen. The car parking space is right next to the entrance. Alenka and Diego are very hospitable and helpful. The fridge was filled with delicious food upon our arrival. It is a quiet location and beautiful area. The neighbor was also immediately courteous when she realized we were guests. Our dog also enjoyed the fenced garden and so it was relaxing for us. All in one, a beautiful relaxing holiday with fantastic views. Thank you both for your kindness.

The place is a dream. Aleksandra picked us up and the first contact was very warm, as if we already knew each other. We were also provided with bread, drinks, milk and fruit for the first morning, which is not a given and is therefore very friendly of our hostess. Aleksandra gave us recommendations for restaurants. In addition, she asked us in between whether everything was okay. That's also a very nice gesture. We spent a wonderful week there and would love to come back. Best regards

Great location, can walk to everything. We had three couples and plenty of space. I would definitely recommend.

The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

Hana's flat has one of the best panorama in the town. It is also very well equipped and the air condition is 5 star. Big and very comfortable bed. Hana is a very nice host, very responsive and helpful. The only thing we missed was a freezer for the ice but that is just a minor thing.

We chose Daria's place on a short notice as we were looking for a place to stay in Croatian on our way from Italy, at a very late hour (around midnight). But even so, we were lucky to run into this place, which was prices at an incredibly low price (between €50-60), and in summer it's price goes over €200 per night. Daria was kind to accept our booking so late, and send us all the instructions you could ever imagine to need. Finding the house is not super easy, but self check-in is a breeze. The whole surrounding, the building and the apartment itself are incredibly charming and beautiful, you will feel like a resident of this lovely small town. The apartment is great, high quality, clean, has everything you need. The parking is free but a couple of hundred meters away, and Daria let us stay at the parking lot hours after we left the apartment. In summery, everything was great, highly reccomend. Not only the apartment, but the host, neighborhood, everything 👌👌

Nada is an exquisite and very helpful person. The apartment, even if it has a few extra beds, I would say it is just right for two people. I know it's not essential, but I missed the bidet. Unfortunately, we Italians are used to using it, but otherwise everything is fine. AAAA+

Perfect for a relaxing holiday with your dog(s) Large, super nice, fenced property – ideal for travellers with dogs. The accommodation is super well equipped, has everything you need for a holiday and offers a beautiful view. Parking directly at the house and everything you need can be reached in 20 minutes. The street is audible - sometimes more, sometimes less - but for us it was not disturbing. The landlord was super friendly, had even provided sweets in the fridge and gave us great restaurant tips. Earlier check-in was also possible without any problems. All around a successful stay! THANK YOU for that :)

We had a great time at Alisa’s place. The house, the garden as well as the pool are very nice and comfortable. Alisa was easy to reach and had great recommendations for us (e.g. beaches, restaurants).

We were 2 families with 5 people as guests and the accommodation was perfect for us, we were looking for peace: Spacious bedrooms, each with a bathroom incl. Toilet, 5 min to the sea in a wonderful bay for swimming, garden hose to spray off mountain bikes and kayaks, a well-equipped kitchen with outdoor area with grill, 5 min walk to 2 restaurants in Stari Baska. Fresh pastries can be bought at the campsite north of Stari Baska (just 10 minutes by car) and supermarkets are in Krk and Punat. The view of the sea is wonderful, we felt very comfortable and will come back! We carried the kayaks down to the sea, it was no problem if you are a little fit and sure-footed (rocky path) Jelena was a very good host, quickly accessible and in the kitchen we found some fine welcome food. That was very nice!

Very clean and spacious accommodation. There were four of us with a dog in unfortunately not so nice weather (regular weather). That's why we were able to stay in the house very nicely, and everyone had their space. We felt very comfortable, and Nina was a very helpful host. However, the surroundings did not promise us so much, it was (probably also due to the season) everything as extinct (despite Easter week). A small kiosk and a small bistro were the only thing within walking distance. All in all it was a very relaxing short trip. Thank you Nina.

It was a wonderful time for our family and friends. We felt there like a family members, got a lot of recommendation about beaches, restaurants, places where we could buy high quality wine and olive oil. I highly recommend the stay at Villa Blu & Villa Sol. Clean swimming pool, amazing view. All you need for a perfect holidays.

This was a rather unique place to stay with proximity to some great restaurants and beautiful sunsets. Laurent and Urška were great hosts who responded quickly to any requests/questions and provided some very helpful recommendations. The house boat was super clean and had everything we needed. All of the check in/out procedures were clear and the instructional video made it even easier. This was a great place for a family of four on a road trip in Slovenia. Totally enjoyed chilling out on the roof under the stars!

Mirjana's appartment was perfect for 4 adults, clean, modern, fully equipped, with an amazing view. The beach is in front of the gate, there is a private parking place and quite big heated pool at the backyard. All in all our experience was very positive and pleasant! The host is very kind and gave us many useful recommendations. The only thing you should be aware of is that there are 2 bars right in front of the appartment. We were at the end of the season so they had the last karaoke night and then closed for winter, but it was really loud till 3am. Can only imagine how loud it could be during summer!

This special space well exceeded our expectations! It was so tranquil and immaculate. It is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in the world. Such beautiful and kind hosts that personally met us and even left us a special gift. I highly recommend this wonderful space. I will forever dream of returning. It was so relaxing and had everything we needed to be lucky to call home for a few days! We even cooked a couple meals after shopping at the local markets. The beds and shower were perfect too! Very quiet ( windows amazing!) even though it is so close to so much! Thank you so much for opening your home to my family ❤️

A beautiful apartment in peacefull location, when you're looking for "different" vacation as in popular tourist places, here you go. Klaudia and Deni are very friendly and welcomed us personally, it was very nice with sharing local tips. Apartment was nicely equipmet with all you need, even for travelling with small kids.

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

Fabulous apartment, even better than the photos. Close to the beach of Plomin Luka where there is a nice beach bar, Copa Cabana. The view from the balcony/windows was amazing. Plomin Luka is a great combination of the green nature and the sea.

The stay in appartment was lovely. It has everything you need. The host is very responsive and communication went smoothly. The window overlooks the restaurant terrace (which was transparently shown on the picture) - we didn't mind the buzz from the terrace since we were outside most of the time and if you close the window it minimizes the sound. There is probably wooden floor upstairs which makes some noice when the upstairs neighbours walk around but it didn't bother us too much. The host also let us stay there during the day since our departure was in the evening (since there was not another reservation on the day of our departure which is a grand gesture from the host 😊) Overall I would reccomend the stay 😊

The apartment is exactly as described and as the photos show. Everything was very clean. The view from the terrace is incredible. Vesna welcomed us and helped us bring the luggage to the apartment. However, you should be able to climb stairs well, because the path from the apartment to the car park has about 90 steps. Thank you for the great time🙂

We felt completely comfortable in Nika's apartment. She was always quick to reach via chat and had many helpful tips about the area. Although the apartment is compact, it offers everything you need thanks to the well thought-out layout and amenities (towels, bed linen, oil/salt, etc.). We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness and the loving preparation - there were even small snacks and fresh fruit available to welcome us. We didn't miss anything. The location above Opatija brings a lot of peace and even a partial view of the sea. However, we had underestimated the ascent and descent a bit - we sometimes had to think twice about whether to start the walk in almost 30 degrees. However, since the significantly more beautiful beaches are in the region around Opatija and you need a car to get there, this was not a particular disadvantage for us. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much, thank you Nika and Tomo!

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!
