Villa holiday rentals in Lovran

We (my wife, our one-year-old, and I) spent two wonderful weeks in this beautiful home. The photos are spot-on—what you see is exactly what you get. Everything is modern, functional, tastefully designed, and above all, super clean. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Shirley is not just a fantastic host but a genuinely kind person. Her care and attention to detail are visible throughout the house and the outdoor space - it’s clear she and her family put a lot of love and effort into creating a warm, welcoming space. If you’re looking for a private, peaceful stay that’s still close to the center, beaches, restaurants, and all amenities, this is the perfect spot. We’ll absolutely be booking again!

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Ingrid was so welcoming and responded almost instantly with any recommendations. What a wonderful host. The house was stunning, so much so it was difficult to get my teenage kids to go out during our stay. It was very peaceful and private and so so relaxing. Within a 15 minute walk is a lovely hill top town with restaurants and a lovely cafe bar. It wasn’t too touristy and it had a lovely atmosphere. A perfect stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. You won’t regret it.

Gloria and Alen are wonderful and helpful hosts. The villa is a dream, everything is just right here. If you haven't been here yet, you should come, and if you've already been here, you'll come back anyway. We had a wonderful holiday and can recommend this villa one hundred percent!

Beautiful villa on the outskirts of the sweet town of Bale. You can reach the sea in 15 minutes by bike. Shopping 10 min by car. The pool half in the living room is amazing and pleasantly warm. Marko and Dunja are super nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable. Absolute recommendation!

We had a great time at Alisa’s place. The house, the garden as well as the pool are very nice and comfortable. Alisa was easy to reach and had great recommendations for us (e.g. beaches, restaurants).

The house is very nice with a great outdoor kitchen and a well-kept garden. It is well equipped and you have a fantastic view of Krk & Cres. The hosts Yvette, Barbara and Tony do a great job, are easy to reach and take care of their guests. The immediate neighborhood takes some getting used to but as soon as you enter the property with the villa, this is forgotten. I recommend it and would book it again on my own.

We had a wonderful stay at Jereni barn in Krk! Ozana and her team were super helpful, we had a late check-in and they made everything easy. We are a family of four travelling with two toddlers and the house was perfect for us! It’s also close to beautiful beaches. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed for a couple of nights. Close to store and a short walk to sea walk with restaurants.

The villa was really great, as on the pictures, nothing was missing. The pool was great nice and big and it also had a lounging area to relax

This was by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. Everything was absolutely perfect: the house, the host, the location. The house is furnished with such an incredible attention to detail. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are astonishing. This house is the sort of place that keeps you happy whatever the weather is. David and his family are the best hosts you could imagine. Super kind and positive, always responsive, attentive to our needs (we asked for three beds and highchairs for our babies and we found them in the house when we arrived), full of recommendations for restaurants, things to see, where to park and much more. David even met us in Vrsar to show us his recommended tour of the town and restaurant. The location of the house is also very convenient if you’re going to move around by car. All the areas of interest are within a 30/50 min ride. Thanks so much David and your family for your incredible hospitality. We’ll recommend this place to our friends and family!

our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Caltha. It is a beautiful property with a great outdoor space overlooking the countryside. everything exceeded our expectations! the town of Sveti Lovrec is a hidden gem, with a great pizzeria and several caffe bars. easy access to Rovinj, Motovun and more. highly recommend!

Probably our favorite accommodation ever! We stayed as a family of four, which included a toddler. The home was perfectly set up for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The host was very responsive and very friendly. Immaculately clean and tidy.

We spent 11 days with seven + toddler and dog in this beautiful place. It was just wonderful and we had a wonderful time. The access road from both sides to the house is a little tight, but we also made it with camper. Lana is an excellent host. She really ALWAYS responded so quickly to messages and was always friendly and helpful. Thanks for this lovely time 😊

The cottage is in an absolutely quiet location and offers pure relaxation. We were particularly enthusiastic about the style of the house and the heated pool (admittedly took some time for it to be a little warm too) – ideal for relaxing no matter what the weather. The house is modern, comfortably furnished and very well maintained. If you're looking for peace, comfort and a little luxury, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back!

What you see is what you get. Those who seek peace and nature will be happy here. Swallows circling the pool, birds that have long since died out elsewhere, and pheasants, badgers and deer on the roadside. When we were at the house, we always ate on the beautiful terrace and enjoyed the shade under the walnut tree. The pool was cleaned regularly and we liked it very much. About the house: we felt comfortable immediately. The renovated old stone house with its beautiful roof beams and the modern furnishings complement each other perfectly. 3 real bathrooms (3 showers) for 4 people are more than enough and these are also wonderfully clean. Otherwise: very well equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed our time at Valentina's very much and will be happy to come back. Conclusion: a great accommodation in the heart of Istria's original nature. Ideal for relaxation and excursions in the nearby and further surroundings. Recommended!

We loved this place. If you are looking for a peaceful oasis, this is the place you should book. Looks exactly as it’s shown on the pictures. Beautiful and well equipped house for a relaxing vacation! Thank you Maja for being an amazing host!

The contact before check-in was always friendly and helpful. The reception on site and the tour of the house was very warm. All rooms were clean and corresponded to the pictures in the description. The garden was huge and just right equipped for children. The pool and terrace were clean and very welcoming. For the children there were also toys in the house. Wood and lighters were available for the indoor and outdoor fireplace. The surroundings were quiet and located in the middle of nature. The grounds were completely fenced and the garden was nicely laid out. The kitchen was great, everything was available. All rooms were modernly decorated and cozy. In the evening, the pool and garden were chicly lit. For questions or the like, the landlady was always available and could help and give tips for things like activities. We would book the house again and again and enjoyed the stay.

This is a wonderful place in a beautiful part of Croatia. Would recommend to everyone. The hosts were very attentive and helpful. They even left us some Croatian wine and made us drinks to welcome us. Top Notch! Felt very at home and welcomed. Thank you!

We stayed at Daniel‘s place at the end of august for 5 nights and we loved every second of our stay there. The house is wonderfull and we felt right away like home there. We were there with 4 adults and 2 children and all of us were able to get what we wanted… the children fun in the pool and us adults relaxing moments. The house had everything we needed (except for a hair dryer :) It is also far away from the crazyness of the turist area and it is soooo peacefull. We didn‘t want or need to go to the town or sea. We had way more than that up there. The single semi negative point is the drive there that was a little tricky the first time we drove up. But Daniel provided us with the google coordinates which made everything much easyer. Comunication with Daniel was perfect. We definetly recomend this wonderfull place 100% and we promissed each other to return here as well.
