Very clean, spacious and well-equipped studio. Quiet and well located place to discover by car Sète, Montpellier, Saint Guilhem le Désert among others thanks to the private and secure parking space. 10 min walk from Balaruc les Bains city center. Close to shops. Amandine is a very responsive and welcoming host. We recommend it.

Very pleasant stay. Very nice accommodation with blue decor, cheerful and bright. True to the description and photos. All the hosts we met were very nice!! Small downside: the building's exterior maintenance really leaves something to be desired.

Really great location, you could not be closer to the center. Newly renovated in great condition, and very fast response to questions.

The space has huge volumes that make everyone feel comfortable and inviting to relax. The bedding is comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. The bedroom with bunk beds is small and overlooks the kitchen but it is charming. Very well located 2 steps from Les Halles while being in a quiet street. Communication is easy with very responsive hosts. I recommend.

Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 out of 5 stars) Virginie and Eric are a great and warm family! From the first moment, they welcomed us very kindly and were there for us until the last day. It was especially practical that they live very close by – when we had a small problem, they were with us in just 10 minutes and helped immediately. Her daughter Lisa was also super nice and likeable – the contact with the whole family was very pleasant. The accommodation itself was completely newly renovated, very clean and furnished with great attention to detail – we felt comfortable immediately. We give a straight 5 and thank you very much for the wonderful time!

We had a great weekend with friends. The house is great,bright, fully equipped and suitable for a stay with family or friends. The host is super welcoming and was flexible in terms of schedules. The host who knows the area kindly informed us about the good places around. We recommend it +++. We would not hesitate to return to this villa during our next stay in Agde. Thank you!

Our stay for our friend's bachelorette party was great! The house is spacious, clean and tidy. The pool was heated so we could enjoy it! The house is ideally located and is only 10 minutes' drive from nearby restaurants The host is responsive and was able to answer all our questions before our arrival. Benjamin who took care of the check in and check out was great too! We really enjoyed our weekend and highly recommend this accommodation that met our expectations.

We came as a group of 7 for an EVJF and we had a wonderful stay in the house (sufficient spaces and properly equipped). The exterior is as pleasant as the interior. Excellent stay, accommodation very well located, and in perfect condition, very good welcome from Mélanie on our arrival. The proximity to the sea is very pleasant, all the shops nearby, you can do everything on foot, I recommend this accommodation. I really think I'll go back for a longer period

House was great (for 5 adults and 2 year old). Spacious, clean, quiet, well located for town and beach. We got about on bikes. Aurore was a great host, clear instructions, quick responses communicative. We had a very great week

The place is very nice for walking and relaxing, so it is very touristy. Parking spaces can usually be found nearby. Apartment very nicely renovated. Perfect for 4 people. In the photos (bedroom) larger than in reality. Unfortunately, too little storage (only 5 hangers) and drawers were occupied by bed linen, etc. Steep staircase. Veranda sufficient for 4 people. Unfortunately, no parasol is available. Alison (cleaning assistant, but she organised one for us.🫶🏻) "Mr. Dyson" lived with us in the living room...🥲 otherwise everything is good.

Clean and perfectly located apartment, with a superb terrace offering views of both the beach and the garden. I recommend it, even if the price in my case was a bit expensive (with a big AirB&B commission). Only downside: bed linen and towels are not included, but it is very easy to rent on site.

Celine is available, flexible and responsive. The accommodation is in new condition close to the port and the main ones. Parking and secure building. Celine is present at checkout and on arrival. Great human connection, a pleasure!
