Holiday rentals with beach access in Loupian

Very welcoming and functional accommodation with a beautiful balcony! Close to the beach and the port as well as shops (the path can be walked without problem). Guillaume is a caring and friendly host, who gave us good recommendations for activities to do on site. I recommend it:)

Monique's apartment is ideally located in the centre of Bouzigues, 5 minutes from the port where there are many restaurants and free parking. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, you feel good there. Thanks to Monique's wise advice, we had a great stay in this beautiful region of the Etang de Thau. We recommend this accommodation without hesitation and we will be happy to come back

The apartment offered by Gerard is nice, well-equipped (washing machine, air conditioning, fridge-freezer, etc.) and comfortable (large walk-in shower), small terrace overlooking Balaruc, bike room, lift, secure parking space. Balaruc city centre and the beaches of the Etang de Thau are accessible in 10-15 minutes on foot, bike path and bus stop nearby. Everything is great, I would recommend it.

Very walkable, close to supermarket, restaurants, bakeries and fish markets! Everything you could possibly need is provided. Great for families with small children. Safe and calm beaches for toddlers.

The apartment is fabulous with he most amazing views of the lagoon and Sete. The big terrace is perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. It is extremely well equipped for cooking and the electric bbq was great. Overall we had a lovely holiday and would highly recommend this apartment.

We had a great time at Paul's house. The view is magnificent, the pool is too. The living and dining area is open and bright and very suitable for groups. Also the division of the bedrooms. You have the option to withdraw if you wish. Paul was always available and gave us helpful tips. His father was also very friendly. Both speak good English. We will be happy to come back anytime!

Myself, my partner and our child had a great stay in Gregory’s apartment. It looked exactly like the photos and was really clean. It was well connected and in a great location. Gregory was a great and friendly host and gave lots of recommendations to make sure we made the most of trip. We’d definitely stay here again!

An old house of great character with comfortable sitting room and well-equipped but old style farm kitchen. The shaded terrace was excellent for meals outside and the patio in front of the living room’s French doors was great for breakfast in the sun. The setting and scenery are absolutely beautiful and it is possible to do great walks right from the door. Our dog, Jim, was in his element. The house is well located for numerous walks including the Gorges d’Heric and circuits above Olargues and Saint Pons de Thomiere. A car is essential. There is no local shopping but there are supermarkets in Bedarieux and Saint Pons, not too far away. We enjoyed the restaurant ‘le lézard bleu which is close by in Vieussan. Lydia is a very friendly, welcoming and helpful host. An excellent stay we hope to return.

Very good welcome from Philippe, he is a host attentive to the smooth running of your stay and available if needed. Still reachable. As for the apartment, in addition to being super well-located, close to the beach, the city center, and the port, it is really very nice, nicely decorated, well equipped and very functional. From the terrace, we saw on dunes (wild), which gives access to a path along the cliffs, overlooking the sea (beautiful) ideal for walks and jogging. Great stay very nice. Beautiful apartment, really comfortable and well-equipped. We loved the sea view and the view of the ponds on the other side. The residence is quiet and ideally located to go to the centre on foot or to reach the ponds for beautiful bike rides.

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, impeccable cleanliness, incredible smell in the apartment. The terrace is huge with jacuzzi, BBQ, garden furniture… We were able to enjoy the pool without moderation. Morgane is a quality host, she thought of everything in the small details. She is also always available and very responsive when needed. The residence is rather well located with several shops as well as the beach nearby. Can't wait to come back!!

Very nice place. Well located near the center. Very clean and pleasant to stay there from the first minutes. The street under the windows is busy, but the soundproofing is excellent and you can hardly hear anything if the windows are closed. The air conditioning is excellent. Parking space is much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place.
