Used the cottage as a place to explore Sterling which was an easy bus journey from round the corner of the cottage. Really nice stay, easy check in, cottage was very clean and even had some goodies left by June, the host. Can't fault our stay and would highly recommend.

This was our second stay at Gordon's beautiful accommodation. Gordon and Marion was very friendly and the place was comfortable with fantastic views. The house is very clean, comfortable and quiet and we felt we had complete privacy inside the property. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again 😊

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Fotos und es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Uns hat die persönliche Note mit den Töpferarbeiten sehr gut gefallen. Lauren ist eine sehr herzliche Person und sie nimmt sich auch Zeit für ein persönliches Gespräch. Sie hat uns auch gute Restauranttipps gegeben. Thornhill ist ein kleiner Ort und am Abend ist es sehr ruhig. Für uns hatte es eine sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge. Die Unterkunft von Lauren ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Fantastic spot for a family get away. The house is lovely and cosy - was perfect for our family. It’s walkable to the costal walks and the town. Decent places to eat and drink and the beach/costal walks all super near by. Justine was lovely and her communication great. Would recommend for a short break anytime.

We all enjoyed the stay. The place helped to make us feel comfortable. We had all we needed. Short walk to Killin village where you can find a co-op, restaurants, hotels, takeaways and pubs within walking distance. The falls of Dochart are close by which made the area more appealing. Great views, peaceful and the river on the balcony is amazing. Everything was in great condition and well maintained. The Highlands can be a bit challenging if it's your first time getting around but this place is in a perfect location on the Bridge of Loch Tay and was easy to find following the instructions given. There's a hotel/pub right next door and a golf course. I would've enjoyed staying longer as it felt just like home and I would use again if the opportunity ever arises.

We had a great stay in the cottage of David and Fiona with a group of friends playing golf in the area! Because of the ideal location, numerous golf courses were within a 10-15 min drive of the cottage. The cottage is very private and spacious, well decorated, and comes with a large garden, a well equipped kitchen and two beautiful bathrooms. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend staying in this cottage!

A spacious and well maintained property in a superb location in the centre of Elie. The house is actually situated on the same road as the Ship Inn (probably the best pub/restaurant in Elie) which is very short walk away, as is the beach. The house also benefits from excellent privacy, and it has a small, completely walled in, front garden which makes it very secure for a dog (if you bring one).

we found the accommodation as per shown, the beach was a great thing to see each day and the whole of the area , the local town , plus the North East as a whole is very clean , it puts most of the UK to shame. The people were at all times very friendly.

Lovely peaceful cottage. Emma our host was fantastic, provided us with clear instructions how to find the cottage and also left a few little welcome gifts for us which we were very grateful for. Cottage was clean, cosy and very peaceful with lovely surroundings. Would happily stay again if we were to visit the location again.

Would definitely recommend staying at Colin and Irene’s. The accommodation is lovely, spotlessly clean, very convenient and very well maintained. Colin and Irene are great hosts, very welcoming and hospitable, always available if needed. We received such a warm welcome with home made scones! The perfect place for us to stay to visit family. We will definitely be back.

Elaine is a kind and thoughtful host! Her place offers a perfect starting point for the WHW. Nice/short walk down a nature path to a local Aldi. An array of breakfast noshed already in the house. Milngavie is a worthwhile spot in its own right. We highly recommend Elaine’s place!

The Gardener's Cottage was superb, very quiet, spotlessly clean with everything you need on a short break. Welcome pack was a real bonus, nice touches throughout with quality kitchen and home ware. Lovely countryside views and the dark skies were amazing. We heard the otters and woke up to a view of hares boxing and newborn lambs. Richard was a great host, very helpful and passed on all his local knowledge for our benefit. Would totally recommend and will definitely be back.
