Small renovated house, 2 rooms + terrace

Located 850 m from the city center, 1.4 km (15-minute walk) from the train station. Small house renovated in 2021. In summer, you will enjoy the small terrace with its plancha as well as air conditioning. The accommodation consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, dishes...), TV and Wi-Fi, as well as a large bedroom with queen-size bed, a separate toilet and a very small shower room.

Come and relax in our guest house 5 minutes from Figeac. It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen area, a living room with a double sofa bed, a mezzanine with a bathroom and a double bed area. We allow access to our lovely little swimming pool as well as an outdoor dining area. Adults only gites in the magical golden triangle. Imagine waking up to the sound of the church bells and in the evening the hot air balloons majestically owning the skies. Centrally located in the village of Daglan is Le Clos de Paradis gites and chambre d’hote. The tourist office is next door and there are 2 amazing restaurants and a creperie just along the street. Take a stroll to the river with a picnic or stray further afield to explore the many chateaux and markets.

Our pretty 35 m2 outbuilding will offer you a quiet and relaxing setting. From marked trails for hiking/mountain biking and 1.5 km from the Chemin de Saint Jacques de Compostelle (GR65). Located in the Causses du Quercy Regional Park (UNESCO classified) many unique visits such as the Phosphatières du Cloup d'Ural, the igues, dolmens, gariottes...

Close to the Centre de Martel (10 min walk), remarkable village of Occitanie, close to Sarlat, Collonges-la-Rouge, Rocamadour and Gouffre de Padirac. I will advise you on other nearby tourist opportunities. The accommodation occupies the first floor of a pretty stone outbuilding, it is bright, completely renovated and equipped for 4 people. Small balcony overlooking Martel. The garden is fenced and you can have lunch there using the barbecue or plancha.

A getaway among the bushy trails of the Causses Blancs of the Lot. Nature has been preserved and beautified. People continue to plant oaks, vines and olive trees. Conducive to meditation and swimming.

cottage Le Petit Ponchet

Small stone cottage, simple and pleasant, in the middle of woods and walnut orchards ideally located in the Périgord Noir. Large attic room (quite low ceiling) with stone walls, with a large double king size bed. Air conditioning ensures a comfortable night's sleep even in very hot weather. Small equipped kitchen, with oven and microwave. Spacious and bright bathroom. A charming terrace overlooking the forest, quiet from the birdsong.

Ideally located between Rocamadour, Cahors and Sarlat, this sheepfold transformed into a 100 m2 cottage on 2 levels is in the heart of a village with essential shops, grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, hairdresser and pharmacy. Our 3-star cottage has Wi-Fi and reversible air conditioning throughout the property. The beds will be made for your arrival. We welcome one pet per stay. We clean at the end of the stay free of charge

Pomarède is located 10 minutes' drive from Prayssac (and all its local shops), 5 minutes' drive from Frayssinet-le-Gélat (bakery, supermarket, water park) and 35 minutes' drive from Cahors. Beautiful walks on foot or by bike can be taken in the surrounding area. In summer, due to its orientation and stone, the house will allow you to stay cool.
