The Gîte de l'Annicha

Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Gite (*** 98 m2 apartment for up to 5 people) offers secluded privacy with its private covered terrace and garden. It kept its rural style and has a magnificent view on the surrounding countryside. Upstairs you will find a double bedroom, a room with 3 single beds, a shared shower room and toilet. Enjoy our magnificent pool in summer.

Surrounded by fields and oak trees not far from the chateau of Cornusson and the Abbaye de Beaulieu. Closest town Caylus for shops or the market town of Saint Antonin Noble Val used in recent films and centre for canoeing, climbing, cycling and walking. The studio is good for couples or single travellers. The owners live on site .

Small renovated house, 2 rooms + terrace

Located 850 m from the city center, 1.4 km (15-minute walk) from the train station. Small house renovated in 2021. In summer, you will enjoy the small terrace with its plancha as well as air conditioning. The accommodation consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, dishes...), TV and Wi-Fi, as well as a large bedroom with queen-size bed, a separate toilet and a very small shower room.

Located in the Causses du Quercy Regional Park (UNESCO classified) many unique visits such as the Phosphatières du Cloup d'Ural, the igues, dolmens, gariottes...

Ideally located between Rocamadour, Cahors and Sarlat, this sheepfold transformed into a 100 m2 cottage on 2 levels is in the heart of a village with essential shops, grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, hairdresser and pharmacy. Our 3-star cottage has Wi-Fi and reversible air conditioning throughout the property. The beds will be made for your arrival. We welcome one pet per stay. We clean at the end of the stay free of charge

SARLAT: house with stunning views of the city

House of 70 m2 newly renovated independent and adjoining owners located on the highest point of Sarlat. From June, an unheated pool will be available to share with the owner. Exterior finishes not Finished . You can also have lunch while contemplating the deep view of the city. You are less than 5 minutes to the city and 15 minutes to the must-see places to visit. Bed linen 160 (€15) and toilet linen (€5/pers) are extra.

The house is located in a hamlet in the countryside, for nature lovers, the getaway will be rich in discovery, forest walk (mushrooms, chestnut groves), cultural visit with the city of Figeac, explore the Célé Valley...so many activities that will make your stay an unforgettable holiday

The property offers a 360° view of the area and is exceptionally quiet. It will allow you to discover the major tourist sites of northern LOT (Padirac 5 km, Rocamadour 10 km, Autoire 8 km, Loubressac 8 km...) which are nearby. The house offers premium amenities, a private south-facing terrace in the garden and access to a beautiful pool. (to be shared with the owners according to schedules)
