Great stay! The hosts are very nice and welcoming. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and well equipped, exactly as described. Very well located, with several nice cities nearby for sightseeing.

We were greeted by Lucille , who spoke perfect English and Monsieur . We were shown all about the house, how to operate the jacuzzi and given excellent recommendations for the area. The booklet was invaluable particularly for village market days. The house is so attractively deco and so comfortable with everything you need to make your stay troubles free and relaxing. As we are from Australia we loved cooking outside on the BBQ. Being supplied with wraps for the jacuzzi was much appreciated as was the jacuzzi after climbing lots of steps visiting the castles. Our hosts all came to farewell us which was a lovely friendly touch. We thank you all for your lovely home and generous spirit of welcome. This is an excellent Perigord base and we strongly recommend it.

We were welcomed by Didier one night. It was warm and thoughtful because he bought us a “survival kit” for breakfast and recommended us the exceptional places to visit…this area is a real favorite. The cottage is great, you feel at home very quickly with the spacious living room and its superb fireplace, the comfortable bedding, as well as the hot tub that served every day. The outside is amazing, it's in the middle of the quiet greenery, where crickets accompany our days and evenings. The cottage is equipped for children…toys, books, bikes, swings and slides. A stone's throw from the Château de Bonaguil, it's easy to enjoy one of the most beautiful castles in the area as well as the restaurant downstairs. Didier, thank you so much for this week, it was perfect!

Exceptional!! Everything was absolutely perfect, the place is beautiful and very well decorated. Gilles and Nicole are extremely kind and welcomed us very well to their haven of peace. We were also able to enjoy the jacuzzi, the heated pool and the small vegetable garden in their garden. The optional breakfast was also delicious. These few days in their cottage were a truly enchanting break.

We had a great time at the tiny house, for my partner's birthday. We were able to enjoy the spa which was very pleasant, and a delicious breakfast prepared by Nadège. The tiny house is bright and functional, set in a pretty setting close to nature. Recommended

Beautiful quiet location out of the small town of Daglan. Beautiful apartment. Quiet area and owner very responsive. Beautiful place to stay if you want to be in this part of France.

Perfect accommodation for a stay. Close to shops and roads, the house is close to nature. Sébastien is a welcoming host who easily puts you at ease, and responds to our needs. The house is well arranged, clean and matches the photo. The proximity of a hiking trail at the bottom of the steps of the house is ideal for walks with a pet. We will go back without hesitation.

We had a pleasant stay in Caroline and Bruno's charming house, in the heart of Cahors. What a pleasure to have coffee in the courtyard under the eyes of the neighborhood cats!

Awesome location, quiet and calm with a private pool. We loved it! Very friendly host Hugette. Closeby (5 min drive) you have a supermarket and local shops. Plenty of Nice sight seringen within a 30-40 drive. We can definately recommend it ❤️ Don’t forget to bring your essentials with you, in comparison with other Airbnb’s there’s a minimum to get up and running. We’ve left some coffee, dishwasher tabs, cooking oil, vinegar, pasta and rice for next guests. I hope this helps :)

What a delight to arrive in Marcillac-Saint-Quentin! The driveway reveals a well-kept park with a large shared swimming pool. An exceptional welcome from Mariette and Jacques! Mariette is discreet, attentive, very gentle and generous, and has a sense of hospitality. The exposed stone house has a private garden with table, deckchairs and BBQ. - On the ground floor, freshness is welcome: equipped kitchen, Louis Philippe living room, renovated furniture. Majestic open fireplace, ready to be lit. Another nice touch. - Upstairs 2 spacious bedrooms, also well cared for. Quality bedding and linens. It's a pleasure to open the windows in the morning, listen to the birds singing and watch the squirrel jumping from tree to tree. The house located 10 minutes from Sarlat, not far from Lascaux, is perfect for reconnecting with nature. It is a haven of peace with a beautiful energy. We'll be happy to go back! I would highly recommend it

A lovely peaceful place to relax. The house is very cosy and has a nice area to sit outside and enjoy the view. The pool is nice and large, and along with and the many other leisure facilities very well looked after. Alan and Fanny were very friendly and gave us some good tips on places to visit. It's a very short walk into the village where the Forge restaurant is well worth a visit.

Frankly, I've rarely had a rental of this quality on Airbnb. Me and my friends from Beziers felt at home with the hosts for 4 days. The house is spacious, very well decorated and very functional. A crazy terrace overlooking the pool and a huge garden. In short, a golden opportunity to keep between us for more availability on future bookings. And the hosts are extra people to really get to know and who give you good advice for visits and local producers It's the best Really a cottage to recommend for those who want to visit the northern region of the lot Rocamadour, Padirac and Co.

We had such a wonderful week staying at The Walnut Gite. Caroline and Jerry were fantastic hosts giving us lots of super recommendations and always on hand to answer any questions. The location is stunning and perfect for a family get away with the dog, with plenty of nearby attractions but far enough away for peace and quiet. The gite is beautifully decorated with anything and everything you might need during the stay. Highly recommend and we’ll be back for sure.

Nothing to say about the place, it was perfect. Cécile and Sean had great tips. There are plenty of places to visit near the accommodation, gastronomic discoveries and pretty villages. A very nice place.

Large property, quiet, clean, with a beautiful outdoor pool. The house is spacious enough for 8 people. Big plus: the house is very well equipped (coffee, sugar, breakfast, tea towel, toilet paper...). For a short stay like ours it was a nice surprise to find all these amenities on site. Smiling and positive, Alexandra welcomed us with warmth and kindness. During our stay, his concern for the well-being of his guests was matched only by his elegant discretion. The accommodation, functional and very clean, perfectly matched the description of the site. It met our expectations. We had a very pleasant week in a generous nature filled with birdsong and cricket chirping. What a quiet and relaxing place! And what about the sweetness of the end of the day on the terrace, in the shade of the lime tree! We also took full advantage of the welcoming pool with impeccable maintenance. As you can see, if you are looking for a peaceful haven close to the countless sources of culture and relaxation offered by the Périgord Noir, you are in the right place.

Anyone who doesn’t give this place 5 stars is crazy. The view is BEAUTIFUL. Corinne and Keith have thought of everything to make it a perfect stay.
