Located 9 km south of Cahors, a medieval city rich in history, and 10 km from Lalbenque, capital of the black truffle, and just 200 meters from the Chemin de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle (GR 65), the Figuier gîte is a unique place to preserve and share. A getaway among the bushy trails of the Causses Blancs du Lot. Nature has been preserved and beautified. Humans continue to plant truffle oaks, vines and olive trees. Welcome to a working farm in the heart of the Lot. Here, we cultivate, we distil, we raise. Right next door: aromatic plants, horses, chickens and the processing workshop. The house is old, simple and comfortable. You can discover our hydrolats, essential oils, Diz sparkling drinks and Dizanes herbal teas on site. From April to October, near the distillery, you will find a shop selling local products, which is shared with our eco-lodges.
