Located on the ground floor of my house with private entrance and parking space. Small apartment, about 40 square meters, cozy and comfortable. It is very suitable for 2 people, but up to 3 or 4 (one child) people can live there. It is located on the first floor of my house with its own entrance door and parking space.

In the sleepy village of Böllstein lies "the Ima", a cottage built in the 18th century as a farmhouse. Our vacation home is located in a very central location in Lorsch. There is one bedroom on the ground floor, the other two are upstairs. There is a relatively steep staircase, but it is secured with a railing. The city is conveniently located between Darmstadt and Mannheim. The Bergstraße region invites for hikes and bike rides. The nearby Odenwald is ideal for nature lovers. Heidelberg is about 40 km away.

We have further renovated our popular vacation home over the winter - the bathroom has been expanded with an additional large sink, a separate dining room and the living room have been comfortably refurnished. The bedrooms on the upper floor can be air-conditioned in summer. The beautiful conservatory and balcony invite you to linger. We do NOT rent to fitters.
