Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Mon copain et mou cherchions un logement proche de Paris mais qui coupait suffisamment avec Paris. Le logement de Mike était parfaitement propice à détente. Il est fidèle au photos et surtout il est plus spacieux que ce qu'on imagine. J'étais septique quant au fait que l'appartement sois un sousplexe et nous avaons était agréablement surpris. l'appartement reste chaleur éclairé bien décoré et surtout pas humide comparé à d'autre sousplexe Très propres avec toutes les commodités !! Les équipements high tech font clairement la différence aussi. Mike est resté très réactif et aimable avec nous. Je recommande fortement pour un moment de déconnection et détente. Concernant la ville, il y a pas mal de commerces à proximités et restaurants. Belle espace vert aussi.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment as part of our European trip. David was an amazing host. We had to book last minute because our other rental had fire damage. David was very responsive and helpful getting us accommodated. He even had a bottle of wine waiting as a welcome present. He recommended several places to eat and a grocery store for any needs. His apartment was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. He explained how everything worked since we are not from France. The location was perfect; right near two different metro stations and you can even partially see the Eiffel Tower from the windows. There is even a small lift for people who may have mobility issues like my husband. The area seemed safe and quiet. We even slept with the windows open at night for a cool breeze. This place was perfect for us and we will definitely come back when we return to France!!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

This apartment was the cutest place to stay at for anyone visiting the first time in Paris! It’s in a family friendly neighborhood and the building is extremely secure. Eiffel Tower is only a 10 minute walk away and there are so many different cafes and restaurants nearby. Everything from our booking, to our check in and check out was easy with Sophie! She is the absolute sweetest host and is very accommodating, considering we were a few hours late from our initial check in because of flight delays. The apartment has everything you need and the balcony is the biggest highlight! Watching the Tower sparkle every night was truly magical. We hope to be back! Thank you Sophie!

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. Helenes home was perfect! You are closer to the Eiffel Tower than the pictures make it seem. The home was well stocked and had plenty of ammenities. We would definately stay here again.

Nuestra estancia ha sido increíble. La casa coincidía perfectamente con la descripción. Muy cómoda para una pareja y una bebé, cama y cuna muy cómodas, ropa de cama y toallas limpias, lo único que resaltaría es que se debe limpiar más profundamente los utensilios de la cocina y la vajilla, el resto genial. La localización muy buena en el centro de París, a 30 minutos a pie de los puntos más importantes como la Catedral de Notre Dame. Cerca de la casa también había supermercados y varias pastelerías muy ricas! La mejor sin duda la panadería de Maé. Fred siempre se mostró disponible para cualquier duda o pregunta y fue muy amable. Gran anfitrión. Si volvemos a París, volveríamos a alojarnos en este apartamento. Sólo hay que tener en cuenta que se trata de un séptimo piso y que el ascensor llega hasta el sexto (lo cual ya viene indicado en la descripción), y que el ascensor es muy estrecho, así que mejor viajar con un carro de bebé ligero si se aloja con un bebé. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb during our trip to Paris! I was traveling with my two daughters, and the apartment was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the metro, which made getting around the city so easy. We also loved being surrounded by great food options and cafés. It really gave us that authentic Parisian neighborhood feel. Our host was responsive and helpful, which made check-in and our overall stay smooth and stress-free. We’d happily stay here again on a future visit. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans le logement pour visiter Paris en famille. L'appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos. Le métro qui est à proximité nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Fantastische plek met alles wat je nodig hebt! Echt een oase op goede afstand van de stad. Om bij te kunnen komen van de drukke stad is dit echt een aanrader Het zwembad en de tuin is heerlijk en het huis is knus en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooi gelegen aan de rand van het bos.

Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

A casa de Elodie é super confortavel. Para quem quer estar em uma casa, com lazer e a apenas 30 min de carro de Paris ou 50 min com trem/metro trata-se de uma otima opcao. Tambem aconselhado para quem viaja com criancas no verao.

Gif sur Yvette est environ une heure de Paris porte à porte, donc prévoir ce temps de transit. L’appartement est situer dans un cadre verdoyant et paisiblev, les matins ont été tranquille et on favorisé notre repos. Le village a tout à porter de main boulangerie, fromagerie, caviste, marché, café et bistro. L’hôte est réactive a pris souvent de nos nouvelle pour savoir que tout allait bien. L’endroit et très sécuritaire.

Nous avons passez un excellent séjour chez Christine et Laurent. De l’accueil jusqu’au départ hôte disponible si besoin et intimité pour la piscine et le spa. Environnement très calme et reposant. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Bel appartement très bien situé dans Paris! L appartement est agréable, bien rangé et propre. La piscine est un vrai plus ! Stephanie est très accueillante !

Carole est très attentive à ces hôtes. Nous avons pu nous arranger pour l'heure arrivée car nous habitons assez loin. Nous étions 7 dans l'appartement et nous nous sommes senti très à l'aise. Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir pu visiter l'entièreté de la ville, nous allons donc sûrement revenir et relouer cette appartement :) Encore merci
