The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. The houseboat is custom-designed with every possible comfort, including super fast Wifi, smart TV with content streaming services, and supremely comfortable beds. This house was completed in September 2024 and was constructed to a high architectural standard. It is build out of CLT so has a calm feel and great light throughout, and all appliances are new. It is my home and I only rent it out when I am not there - your room is the spare bedroom which has a very comfy sofabed with a mattress topper. There is a projector in your room for a home cinema experience while in bed! Note there is a main road outside so some may prefer to bring earplugs.
