A Modern Double Room in Greenwich.

We have a double bedroom in a modern house in Thamesmead, Greenwich, South East London. We own the house and would like to give someone the chance of somewhere to stay at a reasonable price. You'd have your own private double bedroom (king size bed) with tv, private bathroom, and a shared Kitchen / diner. Use of garden room for relaxing and watching TV or videos. The house also has internet wi fi connection, washing machine and tumble dryer. We have a very pleasant garden to use on "sunny days" + a BBQ. and on hot days by arrangement a garden hot tub. Nearby there is a bus stop, with buses that go to Woolwich, for High Street shops (10mins) the O2 ( 20 mins ) and Greenwich Park ( 30 mins ). Greenwich also has a lot more to offer a visitor including Museums, famous Craft and Antique markets, bistros , restaurants and many famous old pubs. The house overlooks a lake so it is very quiet and tranquil. We are a 10 minute walk to the supermarket or you could hitch a lift with us when we go! Two quiet but very friendly guys to share with. Non Smokers only.

With open plan kitchen and three bathrooms recently refurbished, the space is ideal for couples or young families - we enjoy sharing our much-loved family home to caring guests while we are away.

Forest Hill has a village feel. My place is within walking proximity to Sainsburys store, where you can buy essentials. Costa & Superdrugs, or Costa & Kfc are here too. Hornimans Museum & gardens Tesco Express are up the road. I am 8 minutes walk from the station and up a hill. You’ll love my place because of the quiet location, yet access is easy. Forest Hill station is (Zone 3). Bus stops are close by. We also have a library and leisure centre. There’s communal parking if you drive.

Streatham Hill station only 5 minutes walk with links to Victoria only 20 minutes. Minutes walk to multiple bus links to in and around central London, including a short trip to Brixton tube station which is on the Victoria line, St George’s hospital in Tooting is also close by with bus links also to Crystal Palace and Croydon. Minutes walk to various restaurants, pubs cinema and health clubs. The property is on a quiet residential road and is well maintained and newly decorated.

Our attic spare single room is in our family Victorian cottage in the Tonsley's neighbourhood of Wandsworth. You will have the top floor to yourself with skyline views and flooded by the rising sun and sunset. We have equipped this space with quality products and an array of items. This neighbourhood has a village feel with entertainment, shops, restaurants, Pubs, coffee shops and transport within walking distance. The close-by Thames Riverfront is a great place to walk or jog.
