Lovely and refurbished apartment with stunning sea view situated in a quiet apartment complex in the quiet part of Puerto Rico, Agua de la Perra. VV-approved. The apartment has free wifi, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom, living room and terrace. This and our other apartment, have the best location in the complex, the access is very easy; there are no stairs (unlike other apartments in the complex) and very close to the free parking, which is hard to find in Puerto Rico.

Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment at Mogan Beach, next to the “little Venice Habour”. This 1 bedroom apartment have been completely renovated, to todays standards, has WIFI and airconditioning. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, but you can access it with the elevator. Its has a bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with two single beds that are put together ( but can be separated if wished) a small but complete and functional kitchen. New!!! Possibility to rent parking on a weekly base.

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.

The building is located within a PRIVATE STREET without traffic,in this way rest,relaxation and safety are guaranteed.
