Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Loíza

Best Airbnb we have stayed at. Julio was amazing and communicated with us immediately upon booking last minute. He walked us through the apartment and left everything ready. The first thing we noticed was how amazingly clean the apartment was and how he thought of everything. I could walk barefoot and smell the deep cleaned space. We had anything from dish soap to sun screen. The apartment was very cozy with beautiful decor. The only con we had was the bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the host was proactive in stating he would have it corrected as he takes pride in his guests. We will definitely be back as I cannot speak better about his hospitality and impeccable apartments. He showed us another apartment at the location and it was just as pristine as the one we stayed at. Amazing. Location is also close to the airport.

This is an incredible spot, with private beach access, a quiet community, and close to amenities. The space looks as advertised - clean, quiet, well-lit, well-appointed, and comfortable. We comfortably fit five people in the living spaces, and utilized both the private terrace and kitchen area for meals. The beach access is amazing, and the beach never had more than ten people on it during our time there. We also made good use of the pool (which has a mini pool for littles) and pool toys, boogie boards, and beach toys. Loíza may feel a little off the beaten path, but San Juan is a beautiful drive through Piñones, and Loíza offers convenient access to San Juan, El Yunque, and Luquillo. We would absolutely consider this location again.

Great apartment! Very spacious with tons of amenities. Just bring your bags and food. We stayed there with 6 12 yo. and everyone enjoyed it a lot. It fit our needs perfectly. Checkout at 10am was a bit early considering you have to pack and clear your food, etc so we couldn't use any of the facilities on our last day. It would've been nice to be able to leave at 11am, at least. If you don't have a lot of stuff then that's not a problem. Nice spot for a family getaway.

Ruth’s place was perfect in all ways! Checking in was easy. The complex is beautiful, well kept and any staff we met were so friendly. Ruth had all needs covered. Her home was immaculate! Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, toiletries ( if you forgot) even packaged toothbrushes! We really didn’t need to ask for anything but if we did she responded quickly. It is exactly as pictured. We were a group of 5 and the space didn’t feel crowded. The upstairs covered patio was where we spent every night. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. As mentioned in other posts, you need to drive to restaurants, but the suggestions Ruth made were amazing! Thank you Ruth for setting us up for success!

We had a fantastic stay! Sylvia was a wonderful host, super responsive and accommodating throughout our trip. The space itself was spacious and beautifully maintained, perfect for relaxing. The beach was just a short walk away and felt like our own private getaway: tranquil, perfect for swimming, and almost empty, which made it feel even more special. The pool was also very nice, and we loved enjoying our morning coffees on the terrace. Overall, a truly memorable and relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

Rocky was super sweet and made me feel right at home . Although the electricity went out that was not under his control and he sent people over to fix it immediately . The place was super clean and I loved sharing the pool with the other guest . Will be staying here again in PR Thank you so much

Great place for our stay with a toddler. Loved the fact that we could walk to the beach and also had a pool and a little playground.

I had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The space was cozy yet spacious enough for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. They provided great recommendations and ensured I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Perso was a great host, he responded to any of my questions and answered briefly definitely enjoyed my stay, house was waayyy bigger in the inside than I was imagining, ac in every room it was just great overall.

Luis was a very responsive, friendly host. We felt right at home in his place. We arrived in San Juan earlier than expected. After communicating with Luis, we dropped off our luggage before the scheduled check-in time and started sightseeing in Old San Juan. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The house was clean and matched the descriptions. We occupied one of the three living areas without noise or other inconveniences.

I felt like I was at home. Very comfortable home. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. I would book this place again if I ever decide to visit Puerto Rico again.

This place was amazing for 3 of us we stay there for 5 nights and it was a great stay we enjoy the easy access to the house and the easy way to located erick was great he was very responsive and always check on us to make sure we were doing well The place was definitely well clean and i located not to far away from located activities and food place i will definitely come back in the future ! Also the back yard is co nice !

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better just steps from the beach, with the sound of the waves as your daily soundtrack. Waking up to ocean views and enjoying coffee on the patio was pure magic. The space was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully decorated with a laid-back beach vibe. The bed was super comfortable, and the place stayed cool even during the heat of the day. Fast Wi-Fi, great water pressure, and everything you need in the kitchen made it feel like home. The hosts were warm, responsive, and gave amazing local recommendations from surf spots to hidden food gems. I genuinely didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beachside getaway in Puerto Rico, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook, and it had so many thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home. There were even toys for kids, which our children truly enjoyed. The space was well organized, and the complex felt safe and peaceful at all times. The pools were simply spectacular — perfect for relaxing and spending quality family time. One of the highlights was how attentive and responsive the hosts were. This was a great option for a family with teenagers. Safe location so they could go to pools on their own or parents could leave them in the condo for a little adult time on the beach. Not a walkable neighborhood, but great location for taking day trips to other beaches or other sites. Condo unit had extras like sports equipment and beach gear. We really enjoyed our stay there with our kids.

I would highly recommend booking a place from Zenen and Wanda. Their place was exactly as expected from the listing. The one downside was the lazy river was under construction and not made apparent until after booking (it should be up and running May 1st forward!) Communication was great and we were there during one of the electric blackouts. They were super hosts, trying to be as accommodating as possible during a stressful situation with little ones in tow. Thanks for the hospitality and I’d recommend your place to anyone considering.

It was so beautiful, so clean and smelled amazing. My family and I definitely enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive and helpful. The kids loved the pool and it was an easy drive from the airport. The property was safe and secured for an all girls trip with kids. I highly recommend.

It’s a great location! Right by a beautiful private beach and two pools. Luis is a responsive host. He provided clear instructions but the apartment door isn’t numbered. Luckily there are only two on the same floor. The pot and pans are old and scratched up but otherwise the apartment is well equipped with plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, and even a cooler!

We will book again. Beautiful views. We were just a quick drive to anywhere we needed or wanted to be. The host was very friendly and happy to help us. 2 pools and beach access were great.
