Condo holiday rentals in Loíza

This is my second stay I was here back in April now September and coming back hopefully in December… The place is as described everything you need to be comfortable is available. The host is amazing as I left my gold bangle and she found it and mailed it to Nyc. I would definitely recommend and I will be back. Con mucho amor gracias Por todo

Very scenic, perfect spot for our family of 4! Direct view of the beach, and a great balcony. There are some things worth knowing before you go: APARTMENT - There is no soap / shampoo, cooking oil, or laundry detergent - You'll have to bring a lot of basics, which is a bummer bc that's tough to bring on a flight - Beach chairs, towels, minigolf supplies were provided - There is no grill -A/C is in bedrooms only AQUATIKA - This is a gated community, not a resort. Great pools, great beach, but no restaurants or anything like that... not even a vending machine on the grounds - Good security - The lazy river is out of service. Would've been nice to know - Water slide and other water amenities are noted as open Fri-Sun, but were not turned on at all Fri / Sat... maybe they are on Sunday? - Pools were still great tho, never overcrowded & great for kids - The private beach is calm, great for kids with a reef protecting against huge waves - Stray dogs / cats on the grounds, friendly

Costamar beach village has well maintained grounds and buildings. It’s located a short distance from beaches, San Juan, El Yunque, and a super Walmart for supplies. The pool was clean and refreshing, there is a small beach with shade if you decide to stay local for a day. Yvette keeps a super clean place and the atmosphere in the complex was friendly

She was so helpful! We went during a busy flight time and all of our flights were full! We had to stay three extra days and Martha was so accommodating and understanding. We would definitely stay again. It was kind of a hike from the airport but the area was secured and peaceful. The bnb is right by the beach but more of a spot for locals which we didn’t mind at all.

This property is located very close to the airport. Excellent to stay a night for a family of 6 in a safe and affordable unit. The host was very responsive. The unit inside was clean but the surrounding needs attention.

We loved Pamela's condo at Aquatika in Loiza. She was very accommodating, the unit was exactly as described and the booklet full of information on the local beaches, restaurants and activities was sooo helpful! (our friends stayed elsewhere and kept asking us for info from the book!) The resort itself was nice - We loved the beach, and the pools were great (my son especially loved the water slide - wished it was open on more than just the weekend) ...a little disappointed that the lazy river was under renovation, but it shows improvements are being made to the property, so that's a plus - it will be great in the future! Everyone we encountered was very friendly. We had a great family trip!

Carmen your place was beautiful and made me and my girls feel right at home. It was more than we can imagine.. from the clean rooms to the bathrooms to the comfortable set up. We would definitely be back and stay in your place..

Noras place had plenty of space for our family of 8. Lots of options for the kids with the beach, pool, basketball courts, playgrounds etc. The home had everything we needed for a great stay!

I really liked the place, the house is beautiful; the territory is green and many swimming pools, there is an exit to the private beach. Great terrace and jacuzzi. I recommend the house, I would like to come back again

we stayed with kids and enjoyed the private playgrounds, swimming pools and beach access. the host provided plenty of towels, beach chairs, and toys. the location was great and only a short drive from El Yunqe National Forest, San Juan and Fejardo.

This is an excellent location to stay when visiting Puerto Rico! Central to many beaches and very close to El Yunque! The private beach was awesome and the place is private and safe to walk around and enjoy a morning run. Thank you to Luis for allowing us to have a great experience in Puerto Rico.

Fabian’s condo was wonderful for our family. Everything was clean and in good condition. The pools are beautiful and clean. Some pools are heated and others aren’t so you get a nice choice. There are many friendly animals (dogs, cats, chickens) roaming the area which is sort of fun. The animals don’t bother with you they just hang out. The beach is small but private and a good place to hang out. The location is close to the rainforest and the main departure sites for many activities however the local town has very little to do. Overall a really great place to stay while enjoying Puerto Rico.

My husband and our daughter stayed for 12 nights. When we walked in the condo smelt clean. Everything was neat and not dusty. The area was secure and the neighbors that live in the condos full time are very nice. The pool was right downstairs with access to another near the beach as well. Which is walkable. I had several questions throughout the stay just about places to eat as my teen is picky with food. Not only were they answered promptly, but she could relate. Communication with Yaitza was smooth and she was great to work with. We would most definitely look into renting with her again!

The instructions were clear and easy to find. The apartment clean and organized. They kept the pool clean at all times. John was attentive and responded quickly. A place we will surely return to😊.

Here’s to another successful sisters trip. We had such an amazing time. Veronica’s place was so great, especially loved that we could literally walk a couple feet to the beach, which we did after a long afternoon of shopping and eating. Inside the home was also great it had extra touches like all the beach and hiking essentials you need. It just was a great home . My husband and I are already making plans about coming back and staying again. Seriously a good stay. Thank you again for everything.

We cannot say enough positive things about this property and host. We have stayed in many rentals, and let me tell you Carmen was literally the best host ever! Hands down amazing experience. The location.. could not have been any better. The rental itself.. had everything we needed. From kitchen supplies, to sand and beach items.. you could not go wrong. Washer and dryer were a plus. The place was even better than described here online. The space was everything we needed for our family of 4. We felt safe at the property. Had lots of fun. The pools were so refreshing after a day out. Carmen went out of her way and gave many recommendations on things to do and places to eat. The only negative part about this place was.. we had a hard time saying goodbye! We will definitely be back to this piece of paradise in the future! Thank you for your hospitality!

Ana’s place was absolutely beautiful and super clean! I want to say the beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever laid on. Wow. The pool being open until 1am was definitely a plus. We would spend the day exploring the island and evenings in the pool. I will most definitely return to her place.

Nice place definitely am coming back. So peaceful and tranquil. The 2 pools and beach access was amazing.

If I could give Erica’s place 10 stars I would!!! It was perfection. Super clean. Plenty of room with 6 people. And the location is AMAZING!! To be able to walk out the back door to the beautiful quiet uncrowded beach was breathtaking. And the pool!!! Sooo nice and clean. Plenty of seating with cover from rain and sun. We will be back!!!!!!! Thank you Erica!!

I was annoyed by the check in process. Security gave me a hard time getting in because they had no knowledge of me coming. Then I struggled to get the lock box open to access the keys. After we were finally able to get in we were able to admire how beautiful the place was. It looked even better than the pics. My kids and I loved the pool and park. The neighbors were nice. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, enjoy the amenities, and plenty of beach towels. The place was extremely clean, and quiet. The only issues I had were the location is far from the mall, airport, and San Juan, and Félix takes extremely long to reply. I'd definitely suggest getting a rental car.

The condominium had direct access to a beautiful beach. I regret not bringing my snorkel gear to this trip! House was spacious and well equipped. The direct access to the beach is priceless.

It’s a great location! Right by a beautiful private beach and two pools. Luis is a responsive host. He provided clear instructions but the apartment door isn’t numbered. Luckily there are only two on the same floor. The pot and pans are old and scratched up but otherwise the apartment is well equipped with plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, and even a cooler!

We decided to do something different and stay a bit further from the busy Old San Juan Area, Jose's place was the perfect choice! The place was spacious and comfortable for the 7 of us, plenty of beautiful beaches close to us where a lot of locals visited and sold food and drink, easy commute to Old San Juan area. Our rental was exactly as pictured, very clean and cozy, minimal noise at night for a restful sleep Awesome Pool Area and beach, Several items that we used and were appreciated like Beach Chairs, Coffee Maker, All Utensils/Pans were readily available. Rio Grande area offered many good restaurants and El Yunque very close by. we felt at home everywhere we went, Do not hesitate to stay in this area we had a great experience and will be returning. Highly recommend Neo Jibaro Finca nearby for awesome Pizza and a Cigar/Bar. OVerall excellent stay. Gracias Jose!!

Gloria’s condo is a fantastic space. The pictures match what you will find, but it’s even better in person. My family of 4 spent a week there. This was our second time at Aquátika. There is plenty to do with the tennis courts, putt-putt, all the pools and the private beach. It’s a quiet space, other than the local roosters, but you get used to them and they didn’t impact any of our sleep. This condo is one of the first ones on the property so the beach is a haul, but there was a wagon and chairs and everything we needed to make it an easy trip. The beach shoreline is a little rocky so I would recommend water shoes - the kids didn’t mind though. If I were to nitpick so it doesn’t look like I’m related to the host (I’m not), lol - I do wish there was some type of shading on the patio. It’s a big space but in the sun by 9am which made it hard to enjoy. Also, I wish there was a pizza cutter - oven pizza is such an easy lunch on vacation. It’s a great place - that’s well worth it.
