Nice little cozy apartment. In a great location. Mostly everything that we did during our stay was pretty close. The host reacts to messages in a timely fashion.

Perso was a great host, he responded to any of my questions and answered briefly definitely enjoyed my stay, house was waayyy bigger in the inside than I was imagining, ac in every room it was just great overall.

I had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The space was cozy yet spacious enough for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. They provided great recommendations and ensured I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place!

If you are looking to be with “ the locals” Loiza is where it is at. The house is situated in a local neighborhood. The people are friendly, the house is beautiful. The food is amazing ! We ate at a local spot called “ Iguana” . In terms of communication, if I messaged Edith, her response time was immediate or a short time later. I’d check out Piñones Beach. There are little shops and food stands near the beach. Bring cash. I’d definitely book with Edith again :).

Sergio is an excellent host . He is friendly and very helpful . I find the place to be rustic but quaint. The beds had the right comfort for me. I enjoyed sitting in the terrace. It was good that you could choose to park in the front or in back of the place. You can hear the coqie frogs making beautiful music. There is a small backyard and a grassy area for pets outside the gate, which was a plus.. It is definitely walking distance to the beach, but you do have to watch out for the loose neighborhood dogs. The area isn’t too far from shopping centers by car. Being that it’s summer, and not much of a breeze , the living room was extra warm. The bedroom furniture had some of wear and tear.

This house was amazing! The backyard with the pool was so perfect and of course my daughter’s favorite part of the house. Can’t lie the pool was everything! This house accommodated all our needs. We even were greeted by a family of iguanas which was pretty cool. My only issue with the house would be the ants in the house. Normally it’s not that big of a deal but there was more than I’d like to have to deal with: Get the ant situation handled and this house is ELITE! Not big enough of a problem for me because I would definitely rent again but it would be nice to return and not have the ants renting the home with us lol.. Great place, highly recommend!

I really liked the place, the house is beautiful; the territory is green and many swimming pools, there is an exit to the private beach. Great terrace and jacuzzi. I recommend the house, I would like to come back again

Everything was very clean and beautiful. We had a spectacular few days. 100% recommended.

This is our second time staying at this home. It’s perfect for our family of 5. The kids would live at the pool if they could and always made friends. It was a central location to drive around and have a true authentic experience!

The place was beautiful and clean. The cooler and chairs were a great addition. It is a secure and locked location so you are super safe with your family. There are several pools to choose from so you can always find a location that is not too crowded. A little difficult to find in the dark the first time but totally worth it. You will want to rent a car as restaurants and attractions are not close, but there is a fully equipped kitchen that makes it easy to prep meals so the family can come back to the room and grab food as they get hungry. It was an amazing vacation with plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy.

The place was amazing. The house is very spacious, was exactly as shown in pictures and the area is very peaceful, it's not too far from many beaches and the airport. I will definitely stay here again❤️

The property was fabulous, we had a quick walk to the private beach, a quick walk to the hot tub, a quick walk to the heated pool. We really enjoyed the roof top at night. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was wonderful. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 minutes away and stocked the refrigerator and bought items for laundry. We will plan on staying at this property again. The miniature golf needs work but that is a property issue. The basketball court was fun, and the big water slide come on every Saturday and Sunday. We are thankful for the memories made at Aquatika.

Our stay was excellent. The accommodation had everything you needed to be comfortable and enjoy it to the fullest. The kitchen was well equipped and the spaces were clean. It was very convenient that the place had several pools because they weren't crowded with people. To our surprise, it had a shared jacuzzi, which was very good to enjoy until later in the evening. The place was very quiet; it was perfect for resting. The locals, who I understand were residents, were very kind. They even offered to help us when they saw we were lost. The host was very attentive in managing help. When we left and realised that we had forgotten some objects, he made it easy for us to go back and look for them after we had finished our stay. There was an item that we could not find and it was later reported to inform that it had been found, which we agreed to send by mail. We definitely recommend this place.

A cozy place central to every place you need to go which made taking Uber around super easy. I felt safe and Roy was responsive to any needs.

This Airbnb was amazing, it’s just like pictures and is very clean. The AC worked amazing and only needed to be on for moments at a time to cool the whole place. The kitchen is spacious and provides basics for quick meals. The bathroom wasn’t too small and the water pressure worked very well, we always had warm water, the only minor issue with the bathroom is the door doesn’t close very well but it wasn’t a major issue since it’s located in the bedroom and the bedroom door closes and locks fine. The area is calm for the most part but there are a lot of roosters, it didn’t bother me but if you’re a light sleeper it might. Overall the place is very cozy. The price is good for what you get and I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time at Carlos's Airbnb, the dock was amazing to drink your coffee in the morning and watch the boats and jet skis go by. He responded quickly and when we had an issue with the drain he sent his friend right over to help. The area has amazing kiosks and is very peaceful, Ubers were accessible and not too expensive to get where we needed to go. We highly recommend this spot especially for a romantic get away with your significant other. We will definitely be back to this spot, thank you Carlos for an amazing stay ❤️

Great stay! Place was just what we needed as a traveling couple of 2 looking for a resting/landing place between our adventures on the island. It was clean and Rebeca was responsive and communicative. It may appear small, but it truly had everything one would need in its space, comfortable bed, working AC, a TV, warm shower and a small little kitchen area if one wanted to eat "in". The place was super functional and at a great value! Would stay here again!
