The house was great—very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The only downside was that the location was a bit tricky to find at first, as the GPS took us to a different spot. Once we figured it out, everything else went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again!

I vouldnt ask for a better place located withing a stones throw distance from the airport. All of the appliances worked just fine and the bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles topped off for us. Everything was within a good driving distance only and hour to the east coast and two hours to the western coast. Lots of dogs in the area that will get used to you after a couple treats and a couple days of petting them they will be waiting at your front gate for lots of love.

My family and I had a great time staying. Hosts were very quick with responses and accommodated everything we needed. We have family a couple doors down so the location is perfect and it’s not too far from manyyy beautiful beaches ! But having your own private pool for days you don’t want to get sand everywhere was perfect ! The house is very spacious and perfect for a family vacation home to stay in. We can’t wait to come back and stay again ❤️

We had a great stay at Edith’s! Plenty of space for 5 of us, nice small beach nearby (the house has kayaks!), cute friendly neighborhood animals, and a very budget friendly bakery a few minute walk away for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!!

The home was a perfect location for myself and colleagues as we traveled around San Juan. Cristina was very quick to send instructions and responded quickly to any questions I had for her. A big home with plenty of space. It was a great place to stay and a great price!

Lamentablemente mi viaje no fue de placer o ocio, fue un viaje por la repentina pérdida de familiar muy cercano, y aunque solo llegábamos al lugar a dormir, nuestra experiencia fue muy grata, fuera de un pequeño percance al momento del Check-in, que fue resuelto rápidamente. We loved our stay at Julie and Pablo’s place! The home is very spacious, clean and has everything you might need. The grounds are beautiful. We had wanted to try out the lazy river but it was closed during our stay. The other pools were great though! The private beach was perfect with such blue water! The neighborhood surrounding Aquátika wasn’t as we had expected but since we were driving to visit other locations it wasn’t a problem. We did enjoy a local pizza place (Rosa’s) and visited the close by supermarket. My family especially enjoyed the rooftop deck and pool table. We would recommend this beautiful home to anyone

My wife and I took our two boys (ages 9, 13) on this trip. They both love beach time. This location was great for short outings at the attached beach, but also driving to other beaches that are just 20-30 minutes away. Things that made the trip so much easier, and so much better: -Recreational stuff provided, like coolers, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, floaties, and more. Our boys spent hours on those boogie boards. -Washer/dryer: Great for a longer trip. -Kitchen stuff: If you stock up, you can prep meals at "home". This provides all the pots, pans, knives, etc. to make yourself at home.

I had booked this spot last minute and Cathy was great. Was close to where i needed to be, i do suggest you rent a car when staying here. The big windows are beautiful the rooftop area was my favorite. The beach on property was clean and spacious. The lazy River is under construction right now but there are a few other pools to hang out by. Cathy’s spot also has more than enough things for you to use while at the beach, chairs, towels, cooler, and things for the kids to play with.

Habacuc was very responsive about the whole process, even when we were there. We had a couple of questions and he answered them in a very timely manner and filled the air in the balls as requested. We felt the description and pictures of the place and the resort were very accurate. I even thought the space was nicer than depicted in pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and we never needed anything major for general cooking and cleaning.

Beautiful home, we loved every detail in every room of the home. We had everything we needed and more than what we expected. Naomi was very responsive and checked in throughout our visit. There was everything we needed from toiletries beach towels to morning coffee. The AC was perfect for those extremely hot days. Lots of great photo backdrops and close to many local tourist stops, beaches and airport. I would definitely be back. Thank you for making our girls trip memorable.

The instructions were clear and the check in easy. The unit was pretty and looked just like the listing. There were some fun extras like 2 chairs and toys to take down to the beach which the kids loved. Evelyn went above and beyond proactively bringing supplies to the house when the power went out across Puerto Rico. She was quick check in with us and to respond if we had any questions. We would definitely stay there again!

Host was very responsive to us and welcoming. tropical breeze gives taste of Puerto Rico! 🇵🇷 Beautiful and homesy! ☀️ Neighborhood is nice and quiet as well. Definitely recommend staying.

beautiful spot. being on the lake was so nice and the place has so much to offer. Carlos had great communication when i had any questions or if he needed to notify me of anything. i would advise bug spray because being near the water you will get bit more. he did provide a citronella candle for use. i loved the stay and would stay again. it was so peaceful to lay in the hammock or go out in the kayak or sit in the jacuzzi so many options. double sided locks took some getting used too but did not affect the trip. i would return my next pr trip. you won’t be disappointed staying here.

The apartment was very comfortable. A gated community, which made us feel safe. Close to many restaurants, and shopping malls. I especially enjoyed having the washing machine and dryer. Thank you Jayson for such a great experience.

NICE PLACE TO STAY, BUT JUST ONE A/C WORKING OF TWO. SECURITY SHOULD BE MORE STRICT, PEOPLE WITH LOUD MUSIC AND STRONG SMELL OF MARIJUANA AT THE POOL AND NEXT TO OUR APARTMENT. I ADVISED BUT NOTHING CHANGED ALL WEEKEND. HAD A PLAY PEN FOR A 2 YEAR OLD BUT HAD NO MATTRESS😳

super relajante, ordenado y las facilidades extraordinarias. Piscinas disponibles todo el tiempo, playa privada a sólo pasos del apartamento. El dueño siempre disponible, atento y servicial. Recomendado 100% y volvería a quedarnos en el lugar.
