Holiday rentals with a patio in Loíza

Very cosy place everything was nice and clean and easy to navigate. I enjoyed my stay and the price was just right compared to similar places.

Loved it would stay again

This is an incredible spot, with private beach access, a quiet community, and close to amenities. The space looks as advertised - clean, quiet, well-lit, well-appointed, and comfortable. We comfortably fit five people in the living spaces, and utilized both the private terrace and kitchen area for meals. The beach access is amazing, and the beach never had more than ten people on it during our time there. We also made good use of the pool (which has a mini pool for littles) and pool toys, boogie boards, and beach toys. Loíza may feel a little off the beaten path, but San Juan is a beautiful drive through Piñones, and Loíza offers convenient access to San Juan, El Yunque, and Luquillo. We would absolutely consider this location again.

Great apartment! Very spacious with tons of amenities. Just bring your bags and food. We stayed there with 6 12 yo. and everyone enjoyed it a lot. It fit our needs perfectly. Checkout at 10am was a bit early considering you have to pack and clear your food, etc so we couldn't use any of the facilities on our last day. It would've been nice to be able to leave at 11am, at least. If you don't have a lot of stuff then that's not a problem. Nice spot for a family getaway.

Cesar was a great host as soon as we booked the unit, always communicative and helpful. The unit itself is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed (plus more) to make us feel right at home. The kids loved the pools and all that the property had to offer, and the rooftop was very peaceful. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Aquatika! The resort is beautiful with many different pools that are perfect for young children. The only downside for us was that the condo is meant to be kept at 74 (bedrooms) and 78 degrees (living room) which was too warm for our liking and not ideal for our infant daughter. That being said, we managed okay and appreciated all the kid-friendly supplies.

Our stay at Malibu Beach Condos was wonderful! The apartment was clean and spacious, bathrooms well stocked with Toiletries and towels, and kitchen was small but functional. The best part of our stay was the private beach only steps away from the condo. We loved spending our time at the beach, and we were provided with plenty of beach towels, and beach chairs and toys. Management was very helpful, and very responsive always ready to help with any questions! Five stars!

1st Airbnb that looks and feels just as described, the place was SPOTLESS and charming, will definitely stay here every time we visit, Hosts are extremely friendly and communicative I felt bad when it was me with the late responses. Super comfortable and spacious you would feel at home far from home ♥️

I really enjoyed my stay at this place! The apartment has a super clean and minimalistic vibe, everything looks new and nicely decorated. It felt really comfortable and cozy. The location is also perfect, close to everything I needed. Tommy was an awesome host—super helpful and easy to communicate with. Definitely would stay here again!

Perso was a great host, he responded to any of my questions and answered briefly definitely enjoyed my stay, house was waayyy bigger in the inside than I was imagining, ac in every room it was just great overall.

My wife, sister, and I were extremely impressed with the hous. The neighborhood was very quiet. We really loved the house. We didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be going back!

We loved the house, faithful to the photos. Communication with the host was quick and effective. Being able to get to the house and check in quietly and without distractions was a plus. But the best thing is the pool. Woow... we didn't want to leave that area. There are already plans to return.

Ana’s place was absolutely beautiful and super clean! I want to say the beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever laid on. Wow. The pool being open until 1am was definitely a plus. We would spend the day exploring the island and evenings in the pool. I will most definitely return to her place.

Nice place definitely am coming back. So peaceful and tranquil. The 2 pools and beach access was amazing.

Spent the most memorable 6 days here. The access to the private beach was the highlight for me. The hot tub is definitely a winner if you just wanna relax and stargaze after a long day. This was a great option for a family with teenagers. Safe location so they could go to pools on their own or parents could leave them in the condo for a little adult time on the beach. Not a walkable neighborhood, but great location for taking day trips to other beaches or other sites. Condo unit had extras like sports equipment and beach gear. We really enjoyed our stay there with our kids.

Here’s to another successful sisters trip. We had such an amazing time. Veronica’s place was so great, especially loved that we could literally walk a couple feet to the beach, which we did after a long afternoon of shopping and eating. Inside the home was also great it had extra touches like all the beach and hiking essentials you need. It just was a great home . My husband and I are already making plans about coming back and staying again. Seriously a good stay. Thank you again for everything.

We enjoyed our stay- it was right on the beach. Air conditioner worked well. This condo was pretty spacious and had everything we needed. Located in safe area.

We will book again. Beautiful views. We were just a quick drive to anywhere we needed or wanted to be. The host was very friendly and happy to help us. 2 pools and beach access were great.
