Linda and Alex's villa is in a beautiful & peaceful location, it has a fantastic swimming pool and beautiful gardens with lots of things to do – table tennis, swimming, boules, & relaxing 😌 The area is wonderful with lots of River swimming and beautiful towns all within a 10/15 minute drive We will definitely be returning

Fabienne was an absolute delight and made our time in Frontenac superb. We will be letting all our family and friends know of the great location and the stunning natural pool just outside our cottage. Definitely plan to come back in the future

I was really well received by Thierry. The proposed bedroom is spacious, as is the private bathroom. Thanks to Thierry for his responsiveness, and for the lovely person he is.

The accommodation is very nice, well-equipped, a real little cocoon in a very nice environment. I had the pleasure of seeing Marylène, she is a very friendly and pleasant host. I can only recommend!!!

Christophe is a very welcoming and flexible host, who gives good advice for visits. His apartment is in the Chartrons district and with the tram you are three stations from the city centre. They offer breakfast, which is not the case with all hosts. And that I was able to take on its beautiful terrace. Wow effect guaranteed. As a big fan of good tea, I enjoyed its collection. His dog enjoys being petted. I will gladly return to Christophe's when I return to Bordeaux.

A great place for total rest in the middle of nature and horses. 🐎 ❤️ A well thought out place with all the comforts and beautiful quality. We loved chilling in this treehouse. The bedding is great and the place really peaceful. We'll be back. 🥰

Our stay at Château Manière near Saint Émilion was the highlight of our trip. From the moment we arrived, José and Lorette made us feel truly welcome. The rooms are beautifully designed and full of charm. One of our favorite moments was the wine tasting with José. Tasting their wine while hearing the stories behind them made for a special experience. Breakfast each morning was a treat! Homemade yogurt, brioche, jams, and delicious local specialties, lovingly prepared by Lorette. Even though we only stayed three nights, saying goodbye felt surprisingly hard. It was like leaving old friends. If we’d known how special this place would be, we’d have stayed longer. It’s a real gem! Peaceful, personal, and full of heart. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

The room offered by Laurence is ideal for accessing Puy du Fou (less than 15 minutes). The garden with pool is very nice. Our hosts were very friendly. And breakfast is very enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay at Julien and Aurelias beautiful 15th century home located in the Medieval town of Autoire. Our room was nice and cozy with a nice breeze from window, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom . We enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and their delightful playful Border Collies. Aurelia booked us dinner reservations in nearby towns and we enjoyed hiking at the nearby cascade falls and our stay in the beautiful picturesque medieval town of Autoire.

Amazing people, amazingly peaceful place and amazing food. We had a beautiful 3 nights with Magali and Fabian and their cuddly dog Tess. We were treated like family and loved the whole experience. Magali is a great cook and we ate on the peaceful terrace every night. The accommodation has a beautifully rustic but quality feel and it feels special. The pool is a delight and we had all we needed, we just had to ask. Merci Magali and Fabian x

A real slice of heaven, I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The setting is idyllic to escape the hustle and bustle, but close enough to the beautiful attractions that Beaujolais can offer. Sandrine and her family were extremely welcoming, made us feel right at home. The shared kitchen was well equipped and the breakfast was generous and delicious. We also made use of the gardens, perfect for us to enjoy with our baby boy. We hope to come back!

I cannot recommend this place enough, this 5 star review does not do David’s place justice. From start to finish, this place was absolutely flawless. David is a warm and welcoming host who met us outside the property where we parked. He showed us into our room and made us feel at home right away. The room was big, bright, spacious and beautifully decorated. There was everything you could need and more. The bathroom was huge, with walk in shower and large sink basin. Breakfast was prepared by David each day which was a continental style, you had time to relax and enjoy your morning coffee with David as well as some lovely pastries. We ate dinner with David and his lovely wife on one night, it was EXCEPTIONAL. David is a fantastic chef, you can certainly tell that this is his passion. The grounds were beautiful, although it was a little cold for a swim, it was a wonderful setting. A peaceful street in a little village, 10 minute drive from the stunning St. Emilion. Book this place!!

This B&B is very sweet, an old interesting building on the road to Fontrevaud (not actually in the village) with a delightful garden where I heard turtle doves purring. Magical. Geraldine was very helpful lending us plates & cutlery so we could picnic in the garden. She couldn’t speak any English but we got by with my awful French! Her daughter speaks English and able to help with any enquiries. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit, yoghurt, cheese, bread & pastries. Comfortable large room with a spacious bed. We did ask for the bed to be set as a twin which didn’t happen but in the end the bed was fine for us. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A simply magical place, perfect for a romantic getaway, a real little bubble of love. The host is very welcoming and explained everything to us. Everything is well thought out for a pleasant stay. The place is very calm and peaceful. I would highly recommend it!

Very good exchanges with Emmanuelle who adapted to my changes in arrival times. I was very well received by his son. The room was clean and comfortable. Given the heat, the fan was nice.

His accommodation is tastefully decorated, very clean, quiet, surrounded by greenery, it has a secure place for the car. David prepares breakfast with care, he is seconded in this task by his faithful assistant on all fours "Scott"

Absolutely stunning location and accommodation! Loved every minute of our stay and felt totally spoilt being able to use the pool and relax in the gardens whenever we wanted. Extremely friendly hosts, nothing was too much trouble. An excellent place to unwind. Highly recommended, we will be back!
