This is the perfect location (for 2 people) close to the coast and a few kilometers from La Rochelle. The house has a private small garden, is very tastefully decorated and the kitchen is equipped with good kitchen appliances. Two bicycles are available for trips in the area. Axel is a very attentive host, who is always available for questions or any problems. Recommended!

Amazing apartment on the port front in La Rochelle, with great views and in the centre of this very walkable town. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need, including for travelling with a baby. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!

It was a great stay at Nicolas'! The residence is very pleasant, quiet, charming, well located to access the village of La Flotte on foot easily, close to the waterfront. We had a scorching hot time and the apartment, with the shutters closed, remains cool. The pool is a great plus. The exchanges with Nicolas were very cordial. He is responsive, accommodating, and gives valuable local and practical information. The studio is well arranged, with nice decoration, good bedding, all the necessary dishes and the flowery terrace is ideal for having breakfast outdoors. ☀️ The table set on our arrival gives a touch of hospitality that we enjoyed. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great stay at Teddy's place. The apartment was spacious, equipped and nicely decorated. Close to all amenities. Teddy is very friendly, and gave us recommendations on the activities available in La Rochelle and its surroundings! The jacuzzi and terrace are a real plus!! I recommend it 100%. We'll be back!

Beautiful studio, very clean and well-equipped, with a good real bed and a small terrace. Well located, very close to the beaches of Vaux-sur-Mer and Saint-Palais, easily accessible on foot as well as the shops. We also enjoyed the calm, the view of the trees framing a small stretch of sea and the reserved parking. In addition, the host welcomes us in person, for once it's not a lockbox, it's appreciated.

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the Île de Ré and its magnificent landscapes by bike (renter right next door, friendly). The added bonus of the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

Excellent week spent with my girlfriend! Perfect welcome and clean accommodation on our arrival. If we thought we had a problem with the shutters that let a little light in, Nadette and her friend arrived the next day to put a curtain in! The place is great. The bed was comfortable and the surroundings very quiet. We were in the accommodation out of season and had virtually no neighbours! Gaëlle is a great host who takes care of all occasions directly and always responds quickly. The sea can be reached within a few minutes by car. The lake (Plage du Moutchic) is also just a few minutes away by car. The apartment has everything you need and is great for a longer stay. If you want to go to Bordeaux for a day, you can easily walk to the Marie Curie stop. The complex where the apartment is located is well maintained and even has a pool. Parking is available right outside the door. We had a very nice stay and highly recommend the apartment.

Very welcoming and proactive host. We spent a night there during a weekend at Futuroscope, the apartment is only a dozen minutes from the park. The terrace, very well oriented, is perfect for a quiet breakfast 😀 I would highly recommend it Thank you Romain
