Barn accommodation in Loire

A wonderful place to stay in a beautiful village, if you could give 6 stars I would. Great garden and well stocked kitchen. The surroundings and great walking and cycling, otherwise you can enjoy the wonderful tranquility. Anna was super nice and provided us with great tips for our time. We booked with a group of friends for a weekend and it was perfect. The place is peaceful and nice for those who love nature. In addition, Fabienne is very friendly and responsive in her exchanges. In short, I highly recommend it.

We had a great time with the family, in a splendid setting. Beautiful estate. Thank you to our host and his family who were very attentive and great with our children!

We had a lovely stay at Thomas's. Communication was quick and Thomas was very accommodating. The place was very clean and equipped with everything the kids need. We enjoyed the exteriors and especially the trampoline!

Very good stay, very nice stone house. The environment is quiet and pleasant in the countryside.

The gite was very comfortable & bijou. Catherine had made a cake for our arrival which was very welcoming. The breakfast was a very pleasant extra. Catherine was a good host and told us of the food van in the village square that evening for a take away which saved a drive to Challons! The bedroom would challenge someone who is tall ( we are average height and had to mind our heads but not a deal breaker ) A good place to discover a quiet part of the Loire.

The grounds are beautiful and very soothing, and the house is very pleasant and perfectly arranged to accommodate 10 people. We were lucky enough to be able to enjoy both the very cozy look of the house on the evenings with the super wood-burning stove in the living room, and during the day, the very beautiful and large grounds, and the pretty surrounding green spaces. Great family stay, we'll be happy to come back:)

Very friendly host, anticipates any difficulties that one might encounter, very responsive too. Our stay went very well. The only small downside is that the pool is not heated, and since we unfortunately encountered a very windy and cool week for early September, we could not enjoy it :/ Apart from this, everything went wonderfully :)

Fiona and Nadine warmly welcomed us in their beautiful stay. They really created a very nice place to relax and unwind. It is clear that these 2 people are genuinely interested in their guests. A nice breakfast was provided every morning. And if you have any questions about activities to do in the area, they always have an answer ready. We will definitely recommend this place!

Annick and Patrick received us very well. We had a wonderful stay at their cottage. Our kids loved to pedal with the little tractor and they enjoyed the beautiful exterior. We were able to do many excursions in the area.

Karen's place was a haven of peace for a few days with the family. Tastefully decorated and well-equipped, we did not lack anything. The terrace and garden are very well maintained and allow children to play without fear. Karen was also a very kind, thoughtful and responsive host. You can rent this home with your eyes closed.

We had the most wonderful week with Debbie and Mike. They are so warm and kind and made our week in France so memorable - we didn’t want to leave. The house, gardens and pool are beautiful, even nicer in real life vs the photos. Debbie and Mike have thought of everything in each area - the house, outdoor eating/lounging area, by the pool - it is exceptionally equipped. Everything is spotlessly clean from the bathrooms to kitchen cupboards. Thank you Debbie and Mike for such an amazing holiday xx

This Airbnb is just amazing! We came to enjoy Le Mans and being able to arrive at any time in independence was a big plus! One of the things I enjoyed the most was the fact that the sofa bed had been prepared for us and this is the first time I see this. Very, very, very pleasant. Françoise sent us a message to guide us on arrival, allowing us autonomy with ease. She was very attentive, specifying that she was available, even sending us a message to wish us a safe journey for the return but also without being too present. It was perfectly dosed for us to have our initiative and I really appreciated this discreet presence. The breakfast was perfect and very full. For people who cook, a lot was available. Special mention for the small bowl of rillettes which was just excellent. All this to say that we had a great time and will be back!

we enjoyed staying in this converted barn - newly renovated to a high standard and very nicely presented with some thoughtful touches like bathroom products. Christophe was very helpful, responsive and friendly. Many thanks for a pleasant stay!

Great welcome from Anne, Nicolas, Lilou, Paul, cows, calves, pony, donkey, goats, sheep and affectionate little ones who follow you like small dogs; a TOP stay for us as much as our two little girls who want to go back; a very informative farm visit; a comfortable and impeccably clean accommodation; many activities to do nearby. We met lovely people. A stay to redo... I recommend 1000%.

We had a great time at Caroline's cottage. They are very welcoming hosts who also open the doors of their farm to make us meet the different animals present on site. Thanks to them for their hospitality and time.

We had a great time with friends! Annie and Jean-Paul were super welcoming and very nice. The house was perfect whether in terms of cleanliness, amenities and amenities like the ground floor with the indoor pétanque court space, a super friendly place! I would highly recommend:)

We loved our stay at Les Aubins. It is a very special house, beautifully designed and with fantastic facilities. Everything has been so well thought out and considered. We felt completely spoiled to stay in such a wonderful place! The pool was the perfect temperature and we really appreciated that it could be locked away with children in mind. The hot tub was lovely and we enjoyed using the bbq and pizza oven and eating all our meals outside on the covered terrace. Inside, the bedrooms are lovely and big with lots of interesting decor and the enormous reception room was wonderful to sit in. The kids particularly enjoyed the projector cinema experience. The house is extremely private and coming from a busy city, we particularly enjoyed the peace and quiet countryside location. There are lots of fun things to do nearby though with Duras castle, the Knights tournament and chocolate tasting at Maison Guinguet. Les Aubins is an absolute gem!
