Everything was perfect! We were warmly welcomed by Marie-Claude. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, quiet (rooms on the courtyard) and very well located! There is nothing missing from the apartment. The garage is a real plus given the central location. We will come back without hesitation during our future visit to Les Sables:)

Shops are within walking distance, the bakery downstairs from the building. The apartment is well equipped, everything you need for a pleasant stay. Yoan was very responsive to any messages. The place looks better in reality than we expected from the photos. The house is equipped with everything you need. But the best thing was our hostess, who is very warm and friendly. We arrived an hour earlier than announced and the house cleaning was still in progress. Nevertheless, we were immediately admitted and offered a beer as a welcome. Should we be near Biscarrosse again, we will book this place again.

A home in a great location, which allows you to leave the car to enjoy the surroundings on foot and by bike. Caroline is very attentive, the garden is very nice, the house matches the photos and description: nothing to complain about, it was a very nice stay!

Small getaway with friends to spend time together, in 2025. The setting was very suitable, both for the tastefully decorated small house and the surroundings. We really fell in love with it. We had a great time at Philippe and Corinne's place. Their apartment is very welcoming. Atypical by its duplex side on several floors but it has bcp of charm too. The bedding was comfortable, so was the kitchen well equipped. The sunsets are beautiful with a direct view of the ocean. Relaxing stay on a weekend where we were also lucky enough to have very nice weather! We already want to come back. Thank you so much for their flexibility too.

Our stay went very well, the studio is well equipped, a 10-minute walk from the city center and the beach and restaurants. Parking in the Residence is a plus.
