Ruhig located just off Rheindamm, the house surrounds a 10,000 sqm garden. The house itself, built in 1958, is two-story with about 370 square meters of living space. There are two spacious living rooms . The furnishing is modern classic. The house is suitable for families and trade fair visitors (companies).
