We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. Kühlung und einer Lüftungsanlage, bietet Ihnen das 20 qm Appartement einen vollwertigen Wohnraum mit voll ausgestatteter Küche mit Spülmaschine, einem Duschbad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und einem Schlafplatz, der nicht nur als Raumteiler fungiert, sondern auch Verstaumöglichkeiten für Ihre Kleidung bietet.

In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

The apartment is located on the first 1st floor of an apartment building. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, there is a living room, which can also be used as a bedroom. In addition, the apartment has a separate bathroom with shower, as well as a separate toilet. With each north/south orientation, you will find 2 balconies to enjoy the sun. In the dining room, too, the evenings feel very entertaining in a cozy atmosphere. It's best to try it out.
