Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for the sake of coziness, they are not heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is a closed, barbecue, fireplace and old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and a music system (AUX connector for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi. All beds are Hæstens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is unconditionally the nicest with a feeling of "old days".

This amazing natural gem is located next to fields and forests. Here is high to the sky, calm and birdsong. The house is cozy and family-friendly. The quiet owner lives in his own house on the property. The house's large terrace is used exclusively by tenants. The other garden with a wilderness bath, trampoline and fireplace can be used freely. No animals are allowed. No smoking in the house. Tenants must bring their own bed linens, towels and cloths. Although it is an older house, we appreciate that the house is clean and tidy.

Large holiday home. 290 sqm house with a park-like garden and a private 350 m grass path to the beach. Large kitchen and living room, pantry, utility room, etc., 2 bathrooms. There are 6 bedrooms upstairs. Facilities include: billiards, darts and table football in the hen house (unheated), a grand piano, toys, an espresso machine and a huge garden with fruit trees and berries. Guests are responsible for final cleaning. Electricity consumption is billed at DKK 2.30/kWh (approximately DKK 40-50 per day for normal consumption).

You will stay peacefully and undisturbed in scenic rural surroundings, overlooking open fields and a short drive to forests and several lovely beaches. There is only a few minutes' drive to shopping and a harbor environment, which is lively in the summer months. The house is on 2 floors, with a cozy atmosphere in retro style. There are two living rooms - a relatively small cozy living room downstairs - and a larger living room upstairs - both with TV - also a shelter in the garden..

We would like to share our place in the small, quiet fishing village of Langø with others who appreciate personal decor, relaxing on the terrace with magical sunsets, a lovely large kitchen-living room and a cosy enclosed garden. Eat at home or at the fishing bar at the harbor and take trips in the area.

Wonderfully located beach house in the absolute first row overlooking waves and sunrises, your own little bathing hotel. Good, new beds, duvets, air-dried cotton bedding, good soaps, the best linens. Virtually all the necessities for a stay beyond the ordinary. The house is a beautiful, soon to be 100-year-old lady. The age also means that you should not expect a state-of-the-art, streamlined house, there are nooks and crannies, maybe a little bend. It's a house to live in.
