Large holiday home. 290 sqm house with a park-like garden and a private 350 m grass path to the beach. Large kitchen and living room, pantry, utility room, etc., 2 bathrooms. There are 6 bedrooms upstairs. Facilities include: billiards, darts and table football in the hen house (unheated), a grand piano, toys, an espresso machine and a huge garden with fruit trees and berries. Guests are responsible for final cleaning. Electricity consumption is billed at DKK 2.30/kWh (approximately DKK 40-50 per day for normal consumption).

A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

If you need to relax with your better half or a good friend in beautiful surroundings with fantastic views of the water, 150 m to the nearest bathing area and close to the beach and forest, then this beautiful gem is a good bet. Here are restaurants with delicious food, Brugsen and the bakery are within walking distance and there are many sights nearby. During the summer months there is every weekend music at the harbor + flea market every Tuesday. Sofa bed available in small room.

Open the patio door and step out onto your private terrace with a view of the water. In summer, you can rinse the salt water off under the outdoor shower. The boathouse is a separate residence, while I live in the main house with my two cats. Cleaning is included – so you can enjoy your stay from start to finish.

The Love Shack

A small romantic gem right in our own backyard in Herrested near Ørbæk on Funen.
