Great place, Will be back

The host was very nice, the room was spacious and clean, and we were even offered complimentary drinks. It was a very pleasant stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sabine's place. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos - it is very tasteful and lovingly decorated - we would move in here immediately. It offers a lot of space (there are four of us) and we didn't miss anything. We had breakfast - in the sunshine - in the garden. The house is very quietly located, which we particularly enjoyed. It was very clean! Sabine was flexible with check-in and the communication was great. We got a lot of tips and were very sorry we were only there for a weekend. However, we will be happy to come back :-)

Everything was reallly beautiful.

We enjoyed the accommodation very much, everything is clean, you have plenty of space and the surroundings are also beautiful. The center is easily accessible. The contact with Sissy went smoothly and was pleasant. We will be happy to come back.

everything was really GREAT !!! Markus is a great host and his parents are incredibly sweet and try to make sure you don't miss anything!! The apartment is equipped with everything you could wish for and what you might need! The highlight for our child was the bunk bed in the children's room 😜 For us, the projector in the living room! A mega-genial TV experience 🤩 The kitchen has everything, really everything you need and could need. Whether towels or extra blankets, everything is available! The location to the Bad Schallerbach spa (30 min) is unbeatable. To Linz and for chatting and eating (sushi,steak etc...) in the PlusCity (20 min) it is a stone's throw away. Beautiful St.Florian Abbey is around the corner! Parking in front of the house, enough space in front of the house to top, play ball and a trampoline in the courtyard, which we should have used at any time. Excellent stay at Christina's place. She's very welcoming, picked me up, gave me a tour of the studio. The space is very well used, as all necessities are cleverly packed. Very clean, quiet at night with the windows shut despite being in a busy neighborhood with lots of amenities. I recommend staying at Christina's place in Linz.

Very clean and quiet, loved the balconies. Close to restaurants, shopping and trains. We had an unexpected change of plans and Klaus was very responsive and accompanied an earlier check-in. The apartment had everything you need to cook a meal and we visited in June and the apartment had air conditioning, if needed, but stayed cool with windows open most of the time.

Good place for a good price. Stairs smell real bad, and the neighborhood isn’t too nice, but the inside of the apartment is fantastic and the city center isn’t too far by taxi/tram

The apartment is spacious and incredibly well equipped. It's in a great central location, easy to walk toeverything. onsite parking is a bonus. Gert was great to deal with and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Linz, mainly because of of the apartment, a fabulous place to relax after busy days exploring.

We stayed as a family of 4 in Avtar's accommodation, everything was as described. Perfect, very clean, and well equipped inside and out. We recommend it.

Unfortunately, after we had to cancel our stay with Birgit & Franz, it worked out this time. Starting with the very friendly communication and the very flexible check-in, about the warm welcome by the hosts, the apartment was perfectly equipped and very clean and tidy. We were also allowed to store the bikes in the carport. Since you live directly on the Danube bike path, it's a good idea to arrive with bicycles. All in all a nice stay - we felt really comfortable. Dreamy🤩 Tanja's apartment is very spacious and lovingly furnished! Tanja is a super nice and attentive host! The apartment is spotlessly clean and superbly equipped. The apartment is close to the city and very, very quiet! The individual rooms are equipped with fly screens and shutters to completely darken them. In the living room, there is a children's table with painting and toys and books for young and old, which was the highlight for my 2.5-year-old daughter. Tanja has not only lovingly furnished the apartment, but also provided it with many details. There were changing utensils, a night light and also bath additives and accessories for our daughter, fresh flowers were waiting for us at the dining table and in the kitchen... We felt super comfortable and at home from the beginning and can therefore recommend this accommodation and Tanja as a host, whether you are a solo traveler, a couple or a family! 🌷 Thank you dear Tanja - we will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful visit. The apartment was as described, clean and well located for our needs. Daniela was very accommodating and prompt in her communications. We’re hoping to be able to stay again later this year.

Richard's place was exactly as described - contemporary, clean, comfortable. Lots and lots of storage space, well stocked with essentials in both the bathroom and kitchen, and all the facilities/electronics worked. It's a peaceful area - no buses from Linz late in the evening, but I always felt safe walking alone at night. And I enjoyed the road-side stall selling flowers and vegetables, just a minute or 2 down the road.

Full points - simply ideal. And then a small loving garden (with herbs) Full trust in the guests - you can only appreciate that.
